I was checking on the JP itunes store and i could not find the SF4V app anywhere Does this mean that SF4V has already been updated and they are just waiting for the 15th to go global to announce the secret char and release the update as well?? edit oopss! i checked again and found it, no update yet
Releases tend to hit NZ before japan, so keep checking here for that "Current Version: 1.02.00" to show up.
I'd be happy if I they'd just officially announce who the second character is Well, they'd have to wait until the contest is over everywhere, so the update will come out when it's midnight in the U.S., since the U.S. has the contest too.
Not sure if the update is out yet, but ive just logged into game centre and noticed the icon has changed from akuma back to Ryu. I think the time is near!

Well, once again I'll restate: the update WON'T BE OUT before 11:59 PM U.S. (not sure which timezone, though), as per the contest rules. Meaning we've got.. At least 5-ish hours to wait before we'll hear anything. Unless someone at Apple bumbles up and releases it early
Still not out here in Australia. Im guessing that they wont release it before the competition in America closes. Kind of annoying, but whatever. I really hope it is this week though. I don't think I could stand waiting another week. It's not that I REALLY want to play Fei Long or Evil Ryu, but I want to play against them . Hoping it's fuerte, rufus or ibuki but I really doubt it stupid evil ryu, the last thing we need is more shotos
the deadline was September 14 at 11:59pm. they give the results on the 15th and the prizes will be awarded by the 22nd so i'm pretty sure that we will have the update in about 5-6 hours. any ways aside from E. Ryu and Fei-Long i really think that they should add Adon,El Fuerte, yang,oni, or yun. quite a list but hpoe they add Yun+Yang too.
heard that someone said the deadline is PST time. what is the time of PST zone right now? p/s: if im not mistaken, xD4RKSH4DOWZx's time is PST. so probably more than 6 hours to go now
