New to the forum Hi Guys, I was checking the forum from time to time, but never registered. There's a nice thing going on here and I decided to join, ultimately. My user is zomarz and I'm always looking for new matches for my Blanka and Rog. I also toy with other characters like Ryu, but those are my true love... I'd say I could be a decent sparring partner, though don't expect anything very good. Let's say I have good and bad days. Actually, some of you already kicked my ass hard, I still remember a nightmare set with psxsquall. Problem is: I live in Europe GMT+1, that most of the times means different server or laggy connection. I do the best to have a good connection on my side, though. FINALLY, I can see what all the fuss is about!! Eatwithforks you are a breath of fresh Akuma air from all the trash I've had to put up with!! What a great set, I had to whip out my favourite characters to make the most of such a fun player. When you sweeped or stand K my focus, then activate ultra, I was in awe. That is something I've only dreamed of doing! We definitely gotta play again soon mate! @Jibba: I'd be like a bum without shelter XD

It's hard for me to keep pressure on charge characters with my style. I lol'd when I saw the 1 bp, quite a impressive accomplishment! Your sakura locked me down with corner footsie pressure alot I have to work on my footsies more. GGs
GGs fnl. I didn't know you posted here. You forced me to switch to Bison because you were eating my Sakura alive haha. I also had to stay on my toes b/c I had no idea what would be coming up next. When you cause a knockdown on Bison, if you time it well enough, I think you can safely do a crossup jump kick, crouch light punch, medium thunder knuckle/throw/whatever. If they teleport, you should catch them with the thunder knuckle. Haven't tested it but it seems like it should work against those teleport happy Bisons. From all the Bison vs Viper matches, the hardest ones are the ones that play a counter attack style by punishing jump ins with 2 high thunder knuckles or her st.k. Then, you train the opponent that jumping is not a good idea so they will try to stay grounded. When that happens, you simplify their attack options and it should be easier. A key strategy vs Bison using any character is to cause knockdowns and make them waste their ex meter.
Argh. So disappointed in my Blanka. The game's so lenient on inputs that I always blanka ball at the worst possible moment
i bet it is when you try to make a throw, try doing opposite side throwing to prevent this. Edit: or after block (if auto block is on) you try do a move with pressing forward kick, the auto block makes a small charge time for charge characters and if the move you blocked had a high stun time then probably a blanka ball will come out if you press sp or press forward P

Ahahahaha. I hate it when family members start pestering me. Then, I won't be able to land one link with Sakura . Those were some fun matches. I had no idea that letting a FA2 rip ends up being completely unsafe when someone starts charging an FA afterwards. I couldn't backdash or forward dash to safety. On that very first match, last round after launching you with a EX tatsu, you should've seen the motion I did for the air ex tatsu. At first I wanted to jump forward and punch, then I switched my mind so I do a 225 degree motion going counter clockwise then back to up forward diagonal. It ended up coming out all wonky; wanted to hit you 3 times with it, but only 2 landed.
