You can do it if you're jailbroken. Other than that, the only method is the old fashioned method of using a camera to record what is on your iPhone screen.

Haha loads of people have asked me this, I'm no one anybody would know. I only started playing Volt in April and it was my first fighting game so literally none of you here would know me.

All it was, is that when i first started out, I used to get perfected all the time, along with the perfects I got a shitload of gloating messages on gamecenter. So the name practiceaccount at the time was used as a way of saying...man I'm a noob, I'm just practicing...get out of my face with those annoying messages. lol.

Good games Squall, your Sakura is crazy good. I'm chilling out on other chars till I get good with Viper again. Those matches helped out quite a bit, cheers for the games buddy.

Thanks for the quick reply Jibba. Am jailbroken. What to use and how to do? Sorry for my queries. I really have no idea how.

Do a search of this thread for Display Recorder (or just recorder) and you'll find a ton of discussion about that app. I think Capt, ffffan, hieu, Harle, etc. have discussed it.

I mean is there any way of extracting the rep datas from sf volt folder inside the phone? Its much of hassle for me using display recorder and kinda affects game speed. I just want to extract the saved and downloaded reps from the phone to pc. Not the recorded ones. Ive searched on google about it unfortunately i havent found any infos that would help. So i thought this TA thread and its members has the expertise on stuffs like these.

Your help will be much appreciated. Somebody told me to use virtual ipad and extract the .rpd files from the volt folder, but i think its for Macbook. I have windows laptop.

    Thanks!

Capt seems to usually use the recorder during matches, but since I thought you just wanted to extract already saved matches, I thought you could use Display Recorder to tape when you play a replay. I guess I'm not clear on what you're trying to record.

I'm a noob, so this may be old news to you, but the video replays themselves aren't saved on the app. Just the inputs are saved and the app recreates the match based on those inputs when you watch the replay.

Ohh thats crystal clear explanation. Thank you bro for your help. I guess i should do it the long hand method. Start up display recorder then play the rep, then extract the video recorded via ssh or ifunbox and convert to desired format.
My apologies for not making clear my inquiry.

    Million thanks.

just like jibba said there is no way to export it, the SF4 volt app only records the inputs of a match and when you watch it it recreates the match. the only way is to use display recorder (cydia) or display recorder from the appstore.
I use medium quality, h.264 format, full frame rate, full scale, and i made an override in backgrounder app (comes with cydia display recorder), so that the recording procces doesnt slow your playing ability, i use iphone 4S.

EDIT : display recorder lets you add your video to the camera folder, so no need to ssh
and even lets you upload it to youtube without any kind of extraction right from the app

Edit: never mind the last thing on this post

    BnB combos for chun-li,

2x crouch low kicks, ex fast kicks (puts you in a good position for mixups and pressure)
hazanshu, crouch low kick, ex fast kicks
    hazanshu, super
hazanshu, crouch low kick, ex sbk

in corner if you opponent jumps, jump Target combo, jump 3x head stomp, jump from wall out of corner

in corner and a bit far from corner 1/4th of corner, (if connect tc or not), forward kick, kick, ex fast kicks, ultra

    and my personal favorite

(corner) hazanshu, ex sbk x2, ultra (delay the second sbk only)

After hearing so much about eatwithforks I finally got to play some Friendlies with him tonight, easily the most fun I've ever had playing a Akuma. Good games dude your Akuma is among the best I have ever played, and I always love an Akuma who favors mix ups and links as opposed to just mindless jump back fireballing. If more Akumas played like you maybe people would actually enjoy playing against him.

Jump back fireballs ain't mindless ;) people opting to eat them a million times instead of figuring out how to evade and punish are :D

I played with him recently. He wasn't what I was expecting (which is really good).

I don't think you're a noob at all (either that or I'm not good against Viper). I'm glad I've played with you earlier, and I'm pretty sure I got luck winning using Ken. I just suck with him.

Also it was good to see you Jibba. Not sure if you were busy or something (I felt you were walking backwards a lot), but still it was fun to play with you.

I love to see how I fail with Viper, for some reason...
