Yes akuma I beleive is not played by anyone the way it should be. Only the guy "towlkin" do some really nice moves but he might be a ragequitter cause I just won another guy from his team who uses the same type of smiley, the thunder and skull ones and he RQed on me. he's name is MOE.
Seriouly, why capcom doesn't do two league, one with 0 to 3 disconnect on 20 and another one for the rest. I mean what ever problem you're having, call bad signal, sms, ragequitting, put everybody in the same basket and that's it. the rest apart. I'm sure I would by mistake sometime end up in the 0 to 3 one, cause i receive call and stuff, but I rather that than no classification at all. I'm far from being a good player but when I loose tree time against a runaway akuma with zanguief and I win the fourth one and the akuma RQed, god I want to brake my phone, and I'm sure this apply to whatever level/skills you have.
Lol I'm quoting myself (sorry a bit drunk). zangief akuma is such a tiring game for zangief, I mean I don't know your technic but I always end up next to the last 10 sec or so. I can't play more that tree in a row, my thumb and my nerves aren't strong enough.
That does exist. "rq hell" is where people have 3-4+ disconnects. I think at that point, disconnecting also makes you lose bp
I thought RQing made you lose bp everytime, which I beleive it should, whatever the reason. if rage quitter losed 10/100 of their bp everytime they RQed, i'm pretty sure it would go down very low... no?
Shoryutofu and NYC Chinatown both had very good Abels. He's so fun to play despite having a couple big weaknesses.
You don't lose BP until the 4th time I think. I am unsure how much BP you lose. The server likes to matchup people with 3-4+ dcs with each other
Yes but that doesn't apply to people who pull their modem connection or use other work-arounds. Most of the worst RQers don't end up there.
An Evil Ryu file does exist within the game. But I think it's just a placeholder. I've played around with both chars. My sakura was always bad and really you don't have any fun outside of EX shunpukyaku or hitting shunpukyaku, st p link. I've also played around with Vega. His mindgame seems to be ex sky high claw from behind. He feels very limited to me I've been playing around with the reset and the spiral arrow just feels so free and safe. I'm defininitely looking at cammy Viper's combos seem so cookie cutter and there isn't much room to expand, especially since people explored the hell out of her in AE. I don't feel I have the skills to 'take Abel to the next level'. I am definitely considering him, but as Apprunner says, he isn't that much better than Cody. I agree his wakeup options are OP and ridiculous. He's fun in small doses but I can see it getting stale quickly. Characters I'm looking at: Cammy, Abel, Fei, Chun (lower down: DJ, Viper, Sakura, Yun)
Yeah, Sakura and Vega are limited but still have a lot of options that catch a lot of people off guard. Now that I think about it though, you need to play Abel. I read somewhere here the other day that a player named 'Eatwithforks' was the best Akuma out here. Well first, he is a RQuitter. Secondly, his Akuma was not up to the expectation I had for him. He's good, not the best. I thought he had a good use of combos as opposed to endless zoning some akumas use.

Wasn't too impressed. Abel v Abel is just a bunch of flailing. To me it really just came down to Abel's ultra which is like Chun's ultra but better midscreen comboability
