Cammy is #1 for sure Honda can suck Cody is actually tough against someone who knows how to beat a bison. Makoto, again when used by someone on same level Blanka... sometimes Guile......... this one should be second or tied with Honda too drunk to finish this list... something like this is somewhat accurate, at least in my match up experience

No jokes here broheim. Psycho crusher is only trulysafe from full screen and from that distance they can see it coming. If he had his Jab Crusher you'd have a point, but his Fierce PC has too much recovery on block. Head Stomp is somewhere between safe and punishable depending on who you're playing, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not that great an answer to fireball zoning. Teleport can be if you can catch them by surprise and/or teleport between them and the fireball they've just thrown before they recover and punish, but a good player will be looking out for all that. Scissor Kick is his safest special and you can Super cancel off it which is nice. Bison's main plus is that he's got a lot of good normals and can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time. His Ultra's iffy but better than Guile's though his Super can be a great way to take some extra life off someone who didn't block your scissor kick. But put that up against someone like Ryu or Sagat who not only have a lot of good normals, but great specials, Ultras and Supers, and also lots of options for landing them and you'll see why I don't think Bison is S tier. And I'm a Bison player myself.
