Apprunner mentioned that we should get everyone to change their message to "TouchArcade.com". The idea being we need to get our brand out there and remind people.

I've already gone ahead and made that change.

Disregard Harlequin, he's a smart player but knows nothing about tiers. Here let me correct it for you.

    S-tier: Ryu, Sagat, Cammy, Zangief
A Tier: Bison, Akuma, Viper, Guile, Blanka, Honda
    Mid Tier: Everyone else
    Bottom tier: Cody, Yun, Sakura

    Not that much difference though.

Ryu and gief Were probably higher in the a tier listings. Bison is just ridiculous though. All his specials are safe (at certain distances). All his ex moves are crazy, he has a teleport and he does insane damage.

Viper can be one of the scariest characters, but requires a lot of skill which may drop its tier ranking.

Blanka and Honda have some severe problems that keep them in mid tier. Blanka requires meter for a good reversal and has a bad ultra. E Honda doesn't have the mobility to get in and also suffers in the reversal department without meter.

Makoto is very solidly bottom tier. Chun li and Abel are pretty close to bottom tier too

A lot off us have done that in the past but when the team started losing players to retirement we all kind of abandoned it. I'll probably throw it back in there, particularly with the tourney about to start.

That's how I roped into TA. I kept seeing people with the TA tag who gave me a lot of trouble in ranked and who were also not rqers. App says he remembers me before I joined. I don't remember playing him though. XD

Interesting points, now here's my take on it. I feel Bison is severely handicapped when he has no meter and the opponent wont let you breathe, Bison becomes a free jump in/mixup dummy when that happens. teleports wont save you forever and you can only get you so far in the close quarters footsie game with cr.lk. If Bison cant control space its game over for him. PC is only safe from full screen, Ex PC isnt safe unless midscreen and farther. Ex Scissor kicks can be easily punished on block. EX headstomp is the only thing OP about Bison imo.

I put Viper in A tier just because she really does need all her tools to be truly S-tier like her console version.

Blanka and Honda are the best turtles in the game. Bringing up meter with Blanka in this argument is kind of refuntant since he is constantly building meter through electricity full screen away.

Honda doesn't need to be mobile to win, he does alot of damage and Headbutt stuff anything and everything thats not invincible. Honda only needs one meter to make him practically unaproachable by air or ground. His wake up game is not the best but definitely better than most. He has umbelievable normals and sumo smash is just stupid.

I think makoto has one of the best offenses in the game her mobility and great pokes grant her access to the mid tier group.

Lol Im really working on trying to make Abel Mid tier. I still have a long way to go apparently.

Chun-li is the same as her console version in almost every way. Shes mid tier imo.

Raging demon is a decent ultra but easily avoided. Just push up and it will miss. Easy as pie. If you use Cammy, you can hooligan, cannon spike, cannon strike , or spiral arrow a raging demon. A spammy Akuma is easy to spin knuckle too which leads to interesting combos.

It's cause I took a lot of your BP using KaChigga. :D. Btw, you never ever RQ on me. All the great players get there through never rage quitting. :)

Obviously you are way better than me now so don't go seeking revenge on me :D

    My take:

    S-tier: Sagat, Bison
A Tier: Ryu, Akuma, Viper, Guile, Gief
B Tier: Cammy, Honda, Blanka, Balrog, Ken, Abel
C Tier: Sim, Chun Li, Vega, Fei, Deejay, Cody
    Bottom Tier: Sakura, Makoto, Yun

A few guys are right on the border between tiers in my opinion.

Not really. The only fun thing to do is play with TAers... I had no apps except Volt up and it was my second match.

Has Psycho Brain fixed his wi fi yet? Because last time I fought him, his lag was almost a bigger beast in the game than he was!

    OP characters?
    1. Viper
    2. Sagat
    3. Guile
    4. Bison
    5. Ryu
    6. Zangief

You are an idiot. Your view is blinded by the fact that you use Guile. I respect you as a player, I guess, but not your opinions on tiers.

No, it's not. Once you learn to beat it, it's tough, but not OP. It's just unbalanced, but it's not OP or UP.

Remember when I used to rage quit TONS? :D

I've always been a loser rather than a winner at Street Fighter games, so if I lose to someone's ultra combo rage attack, so be it. It gives me a tingle of nostalgia back when we'd actually go to arcades and I'd get my ass kicked in front of other players. I was a total Ken guy, and now I'm all about Cammy and Sakura. The fluidity of Cammy is amazing. I don't know how I did it but I pulled off a double flawless victory over C. Viper with Cammy.

Yun is clearly A tier, it not S tier. You guys clearly don't know the benefits of GUI. ;) , that's where the miracles happen...lol

It's amazing that you're able to take it so normally. I envy that, really. It's really fun to play Cammy once you start styling. So fun.

I'm not raging at anyone. I raged at people before.

Waaaiiiiiiit... I was sort of raging at Radical, wasn't I?
