GGs Finix. Crazy Games. You need to read better though. You could tell I was spamming srks every second of my life for Sagat, but not Akuma. Don't be afraid to rush into Akuma or grab after I make a mistake. Don't try to Falling Sky too much either. Sometimes, if you really don't know if I'll jump, just test with St.P. I couldn't do any of the combos I would have done because of the lag. Anyways GGs Finix. Your Abel is better than mine. You just need to Tornado Throw more when uou know I'm not a jumper.

Hahaha I love uploading unusual and dumb reps.

@Celine: I saw your invite today while getting ready to go work and literally said "Celine is Crazy!!! XD "
By the way I'd definitely like to play your Bison with my Gouki! Sounds like a fun match up!!

I thought you wanted me to play Akuma SP off vs your Bison. I thought that was the challenge. No worries, I'll happily beat you in any character challenge you set me

    Good games!

It takes some practice. There's a certain height Yun has to jump before he can dive kick. Best way to learn is to jump and input the divekick as soon as you can after jumping. As soon as his feet leave the ground, divekick. Also, you need to hit his two kicks pretty much on impact. As soon as that divekick connects, do your crouching kick into target combo. It's a tight combo though, but it's really good to use on opponents.

Know when and when not to do it though. It's good to use the low divekick as a bait sometimes to get your opponent to do something. Also, it's good to learn the divekick heights to try and crossup your opponent. That definitely helps when you're trying to pressure and dizzy your opponent.

I like to mixup after I do back kick, shoulder, lunge punch/ forward P. Sometimes I catch my opponent crouching after it, by doing a jumping P which hits crouching people, and that really adds to the stun meter. Usually about a tap from a crouching kick or punch stuns them after that.
I also noticed you did the ultra during your Genei Jin but missed it. Okay, when you want to end your Genei Jin with the ultra, you have to activate the ultra before Genei Jin runs out. Keep your eyes on the timer if you want to do it. Like at the last possible inch of timer, ultra. The ultra won't connect if you do it after Genei Jin runs out. That's something you also want to practice on, because that ultra can be juuuuuuust enough to win the round for you.

Also, you did your super when I had low health in one round of our matches, but we still had more rounds. My personal opinion is, when your opponent is low on health like that, just save the super for the next round. I've done this before when I just have no choice but to do it and ensure the kill though but I try not to. I just like to have that meter at the ready for anything my opponent may do in the round, if possible.

Question for Felix and Fenix: Have any of you two ever connected a jumping P into P into back K? I did that only once and I was moving really fast in that match. I can't seem to connect it anymore though.

Thank you very much for the advice! I'll practice that dive kick combo and learn from those errors :) Btw how do you crossover with Yun? Cause sometimes the dive kick just kind of misses o.o

Aaaaah I see...well prepare to shed tears, remember to bring the intensity, don't be a run away Gouki.

    @DROQQA: great games, wwwwwhhhhhyyyy can't I beat you with Abel :-( :-(
At least Sakura is holding up her end of the bargain :p she's such a byatch isn't she!! Gouki wasn't bad neither....but your Makoto is REALLY making big strides in improvements. At some points I was literally thinking to myself "WTF am I supposed to do????", great player with very respectable character.

Just have to be kinda close to your opponent. Sometimes it hits and sometimes it doesn't. I'm never 100% with it, but I try it when I can. Just be ready for that hit confirm in case it happens. Sometimes you can catch someone mashing something while doing it and cross them up that way, which leads to whatever you want to do. (Crouching kick into target combo, upkicks, whatever you can think of that connects)

Command throw any good? like I use it sparsely to just get in to either fly kicks or back kick to lunge p.

Some funny post-tourney come downs.. The Japan server ONLY had 7 pages of ONLINE people.. I actually played THE SAME 0BP Yun trainer on SIX Random Match occasions IN A ROW despite waiting minutes between each try.. I'll say this though, the quality of players I met the past 2 weeks during the active tourney was higher than my previous first 3-4 weeks on the JPN server.. WOW..

Shout out to FINIX for his superb Vega.. Just when I thought I had the match, he'd win it back on sheer will and AMAZING Vega combos..

The most helpful hint I heard about using dive kick is to aim at their feet.

Standing P links into back K

Noif the Standing P is Far though, or else the back K takes too long to hit the person, due to distance.

    You can.
Also, remember this combo it's very useful.

    DiveKick/JumpP--cr.lk--st.lp--st.mk---

Then combos for shoulder~ or shoulder-geneijin~ or you can just ultra after st.mk.

If blocked, you could stop at cr.mk and go for command grab.
Or, change st.mk to sweep. That will knock your opponent back just far enough to get away with counter attacks.

After st.mk, you can cancel the move into jump you know right? Mix them the heck up and you can execute the shit out of your opponent! ;)

...yup, as Hieu mentioned :D lol
