It's like ranked except you get don't win or lose BPs but people RQ anyway. So it's bootleg ranked. All the fun of ranked, without the ranking.

Who here has fought against CarpeDiem? Like seriously, I'd like to think we need to indoctrinate people on the implied meaning when we say "friendlies", there's no reason to quit. If someone wants to get better at this game, they need to accept being defeated or they'll never learn from their mistakes. Anyways, who here plays in a non-US time zone? Trying to find sparring partners on the Europe time zone is a real challange all by itself.
Is it just me that thinks this, or is squall like seriously rusty??? He could have beat you in round 1 at least 3xs just on chip damage (tiger uppercut!) and then round two sees more projectiles flying than call of duty. ??? Then again, I've had seriously embarrassing moments too. Lol. I lose at least 40 percent of the time to scrubs who use only "Shoryuken"!
Don't waste your time with CarpeDiem. He's one of the very, very few players I quit against at the Vs. screen. He refuses to ever take a loss. Sure, beating him and making him quit gets a laugh, but it gets old pretty quickly.
Lol carpe diem. He let my Cody best his ken. It was close though. I checked his card after. He had 10/20 disconnects
Hahahahaha! Yeah, but the more you play, the less fireball spammers can get you. I did have someone RQ on me because I cornered him and started pounding him with fireballs (using Robert; he was Andy) just to see what he'd do. He'd won the first match and I was about to win the second when he quit. I'm with you though. That's why I like Third Strike and Guilty Gear so much! But we'll definitely have to play a few games once SFxT comes out!
I think I will definitely play KOF again, I just love this game too much!! The graphics ARE better in KOF too so that helps. If only I knew what you do about fireball avoidance. My favourite characters are the Muay Thai guy, the big huge wrestler guy and the one with the obsession with bombs & explosions (army looking).
