yea honda has real trouble against fireball characters, forces him to come to you, which isnt what he wants. you can just fireball all day until he has super. watch out if youre sagat though, his headbutt goes through low tiger shots. if you use a character that cant fireball (like me ) baiting the headbutt and then jumping backwards will let you punish him with a throw or possibly something else (i just tornado throw with abel). and remember to ALWAYS cross up charge characters when you knock them down as theyll lose their charge. theyll still have their downwards charge for moves like sumo smash or flash kick though.
i try to main Bison now, so it is a bit complicated with fbs, i usually try to jump back and kick. thanks for other tips.
Oh I hate Bison. Is there any way to punish his down charge sp move? That jumpstomp thing? I can't even uppercut the thing.

well i dunno, but when i play vs bison with other characters, i try always to be in motion, jumping, crossing etc. so even experienced players who rely too much on special moves won't get a chance to do something useful.
I would definitely pay a dollar or two for some extra costumes, hondas costume with the big rope on the back, abels commando costume, bisons ripped costume, balrogs america costume, blankas costume with the hat etc. Hope capcom puts them in as DLC
I must admit I bought both the costumes and the extra music for Street Fighter IV - and I'd do it again for this. For my money (as it were) that's exactly the kind of IAP that fails to annoy me - stuff that's nice, and fun, but pointless. As long as something's completely optional and not necessary for the game the customer bought I don't think anyone minds. It's when IAPs are either necessary for the (main) game or so overpowered they break the game that it's annoying (and leads to deletion)...
no evil ryu is completely different. different hair, face, eyes. Thats like saying ken with a white costume is ryu.
Just be careful, a good Bison player will be prepared with good anti-air measures as most pple thinks he's bad with anti-air. In fact I think Bison has very gd anti-air. Just a few cards up his sleeves.

Fighting Akuma is boring most of the time. It's basically them running away and throwing a ton of fireballs, with you having to jump/dodge/nullify those fireballs, finally getting in and punishing a bit, then they teleport away and the process begins anew.
