I've really stopped caring about rage quitters. I gave in. I seriously just had about twenty or thirty rage quitters in a row. I think I'd go crazy if I kept trying to care.

I recently picked up Makoto on the Iphone version shes just random enough to win with when the online is hardcore lagging. I like playing flashy but with the iphone version its safer to just poke and pray and shes perfect for that.

You're probably playing too well. I learned that if I absolutely destroy someone both rounds, the chance they'll quit is much higher than if I purposely f*ck around and make it look like they'd have a chance in a rematch.

Not ONE Vega? If I had reliable internet I'd give it the what for... Lag kills Vega though, so he's really not a good online character. Still, nothing like Izuna Drops and FBAs.
how will it be resolved if the match between 2 players is simply too laggy for legitimate competition?
I'd say just quit and start the match over. But I guess that could be a problem if someone's on their way to winning, though usually you can tell before it gets that far.

Honestly because he's just not popular. He requires such an insane technique to play properly that he's just not used much. If you watch Poongko you will instantly understand Seth: he can Perfect you in 7 seconds flat, but one wrong guess and say goodbye to 3/4 of your life bar. This really boils down to a character popularity contest.
It said in that competition that they would tell us who the secret character is on thursday the 15th, im guessing thats when its gonna come out.
