Just uploaded a friendly match of my bison vs random sagat

I was in the trolling mood, second round he decided he did not want to advance forward at all so I decided to get a time over. at about 25 seconds he realizes that I am not going to come to him so he starts chasing me down, last couple seconds he does despiration... it was close... but time over FTW :D

Also, if your in the replay watching type of mood, check out my sim vs cammy replay.. extremely lucky come back!

I can give you some tips as well. :D I'm not at TenOnez's level, but I'm fine with Balrog.

I don't really have any Balrog replays (good ones, anyway), but you can see my vs. khoipro1 one. It's pretty sweet, being able to beat turtle Bisons. Now...

You know Balrog's Dash Swing Blow? The one that hits overhead? Well, it's a super awesome tool. If you're close enough, you can combo with a Cr. LK - Headbutt after it. However, if you're not close enough, just do a Sweep.

You know the one where he sort of ducks and has his fist aiming diagonally upwards? That's the Dash Low Smash/Dash Uppercut. It breaks armor, is hella fast, and has some pretty good recovery, although it can still be punished. If your opponent starts a focus attack, mix it up with this one and that endeavor will be shut down. Keep them guessing.

OH MY GOSH, I cannot begin to say how important his Turn Punch is. Yes, it has a slow start up. Fine. But the invincibility! It's amazing. It also breaks armor! Now, then, listen up. If you land a counter hit Turn Punch, you have 1 frame to link Cr. LP! Make it count! By the way, one of my favorite strategies against opponents in the corner is to back off after getting a hard knockdown, then, around the time they wake up, do a Turn Punch. Or time it so that it gets them on their wake up. Or, I just wait for them to launch a projectile because I'm so far away, and I punish them with a Turn Punch for it. (Also, remember that the Turn Punch can be charged with either P or K!)

    And I'll write more later.

wow, you really did a lot of research like you did on yun, based on your personality, you should go for Master/PHD(not pretty huge dick) man!
Dash Swing Blow is really hard to defend when close, also have to defend standing, my sagat suffers that the most. TenOnez always approch and crouch in a good distance(half screen) from my sagat, so he can choose either Dash Swing Blow or Dash Low Blow(I make up this name, but you know which it is), because it's so close, very hard to react and defend correctly. I like Turn Punch and I'm ready to use a spare finger to charge 60 seconds to get 1 hit kill:D. The strategy you metioned definately very trick and useful, I'll try them on ranked games.

    I'm practicing the combo: jp -> cr.lp * 2 -> cr.lk -> ex dash upper -> cr.lp -> cr.lk -> ex dash upper ... -> cr.lp -> cr.lk -> headbut -> ultra
I guess if I have 4 meters, it will looking pretty good, it's doable right?

It's awesome. Better than Volt easily. The transition is a bit tough as the combos in Combo Training are a bit more execution heavy but I don't know that they're all practical. There's definitely more room to create your own combos in KoF because the game doesn't punish you for taking your combos to the next level. there's also an SP Assist mode too and there are similar shortcuts for doing Supers like in Volt. So if you want to tough it out and do all the motions regular you can (I'm trying but some of those combos are insane!) but if not there's still SP Assist and there's no shame in using it.

The pace is definitely faster but I think you'd be able to keep up (I'm in my 30s too and I'm not having any problems ;) )

The price is a bit steep, but I paid $10 for Vanilla SF4 when it came out and I knew I'd be getting a lot of play out of it so I don't mind.

EDIT: The netcode is also fantastic! I played a few games with TenOnez last night and with the exception of a couple rounds it was really smooth. Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal but I WAS PLAYING ON 3G! He had no idea I was either until I told him!

Yep, it is a true fact that people actually age beyond 16. And I don't miss having to use the Stridex pads so you can keep 16. Eff that bizness!

But because of my age I started playing fighting games as they were starting to get popular so now I have a head start on footsies, execution, etc. All that stuff some of you youngins don't wanna learn. ;)

So KoF really is the volt killer I thought it would be, I must finish this tourney asap because none of my attention is on Volt anymore.

Played my first online match, no lag at all. The guy knew freakin combos like he'd been playing this game for years. I mean really, he was putting on a show for me. Tge message system after a game is fantastic!!! This game is definitely 2012, Volt is oh so 2011 ;)

I told you guys a while ago that he probably has the 2nd best Sim on Volt. I consider KenKen and Shinsims to both be number 1, so thats saying something.
