I just do basic stuff. :0 it's easier to land s.fierce if hk hits at a alittle distance. After knocking ppl down, d+sp for guaranteed chip, air fireball into d+sp may work, overhead , max range sweep... You can also do tiger knee ex air fireballs at one character range away so they are in blockstun as akuma lands in front... It will hit backdashers too. My bnb is always st.hk into ex shoryu lol. J.k can crossup but must be done late. Akuma has a normal divekick at the tip of his upforward jump but i rarely use it :0 i catch a lot of ppl off guard with whiff demon palm into grab or super. Akuma's air tatsu is always beaten by ken's in my experience. From fullscrren, if your desperate, you can do d+sp fadc back ex demon flip into demon palm asap. Covers both air and ground :3
But i would be betraying myself if that goes without saying that akuma just stays at 3/4th of the screen and spams normal fireball. Will give you enough time to block ryu tatsu, cammy anti-projectile, make sagat and guile jump-in options negligible, snuff out abel roll/ that kick move, leave zangief out of spd or ex backhand range, etc. it is akuma's sweet spot. (make blank ex ball even whiff at a little bit more range). Demon flip divekick is good because on block you can do overhead, grab, or neutral jump fierce after or teleport out. Demon palm is faster and can bait dp's except against really good ppl. I never divekick against bison tho because he can just jump up and j.k-> k or start frame-trapping with c.Lk (akuma cannot reversal teleport). Also i never use c.lp. The range is not that great. The only viable extension you have is c.mk into ex go hadou (akuma's fireball comes out slower than ryu so c.mk into fireball does not combo from max range you can tick throw really well with it though. C.Lp lp then start holding forward and punch. If you are out of range, a standing fierce will come which you can cancel into hadouken, or you can try overhead. Against some characters, c.lpx3 into shoryuken can work (only 2nd and 3rd hit of shoryu will hit which is good!$
So far these are possible options: ... C.lp x3, c.mk into: 1. Sweep, Shoryuken, or ex tatsu (normal tatsu whiffs on crouchers) 2. D+sp or divekick (has to be cancelled from demon flip asap to cross-up) or demon palm asap to end up in other side into grab, overhead or c.lpx3 again. 3. Ex demon flip which locks you in front of opponent. 4. Teleport lol
Also I uploaded a mini-guide to akuma on my replay vs cpu viper. :3 it is not the best but it is good to see what some of his other options (which I never use lol) are. It covers the regular divekick options, c.lp shenanigans, demon palm whiff into super, etc.

Most of my Sagat strategies involve baiting SRKs/ultras with my dropped combos since those retards sit there and spam hoping I drop one. I need to work on the spacing of my jump ins. It's hard to judge with Bison's jump arc. Tip for next time: Block low so my EX Stomps connect! Ten matches and I landed one..... Don't know about the DC at the end. Glad it happen at the end.
