lol dont worry about it. you'll understand in time. you still need to learn alot more. Once you are good, they will give you tribute and the best players will never say they are the best ggs insanity.
It's hard to say who is the best of any character. All I know is people like Squall, Berserk, Duy, Droqqa, and Insanity all have great Sagats. For anyone to say they are the best, they have to beat everyone of these guys consistently. tall order indeed.
When you can totally dominate your opponent then yes your better. Say i was playing random and beating my opponent that's a mark right there. there is a line between accuracy and monkey for sagat players, one who does precise cuts at the right moment, in the other hand, jumping around and spam with no clear strategy You know, at the higher level, it is all in the mind's game. I can win today, but lose tomorrow... So best to stay classy and be humble gg earlier too berserk. lets play later
Hey! Does anyone know about Yun's wierd air kick? If you imagine a pillar on top of the opponent (Try Zangief in Training room) kick it at the peak of you jump, you'll push him. It is evident when you walk until you push the opponent, jump vertically the kick at the peak, you'll move a bit. If you kick behind the imaginary pillar, you'll drop down faster. Try It! I don't know any uses for it other than to try and do your upkicks quicker.

If you play with the same top tier player, there is no absolute advantage. Mind games are the key to win the match. When I play with tenonez, our mind games went to extreme. We have second( or forth/fifth) thought before doing any moves.
