Yeah without SP button, I wouldn't be playing this game. It should definitely be allowed. About character usage, why do we need to make it public? I mean, your opponents not knowing what characters you will use is part of the strategy right or is that how they do it in bigger tournaments? What is the purpose of telling your potential opponents the characters you will use against them?

It's submitted to Apple and probably passed review too. I suspect CAPCOM set a release date for the update, otherwise it usually gets out as soon as Apple is done with the review process.
Yeah, last time when they updated the icon with Akuma it was a few days before the update went live. But it's CLOSE now!
Maybe they hid Evil-Ryu in there, waiting for us to do some expecto patronum? Just like the last update, Akuma was somehow hidden in there, and the icons Akuma?
I think he meant that the update has been submitted to apple already . but isnt live yet. But nice find though! hopefully we´ll see the update earlier than previously expected

Well, if anyone here plays the console versions... When AE came out, the secret boss was Akuma if you didn't lose around and met certain conditions (well Gouken was the top boss), and when AE came out if you didn't lose a round and met certain conditions you fought Oni and E. Ryu. Maybe they'll do the same thing. I.e. in the Arcade Edition you can't lose a round, you must have at least 3 perfects, win with 5 super/ultra combos and beat Seth (the final boss) with a super or ultra combo. Maybe they'll do the same thing ?
I was practically picking random .. actually I played through almost the entire cast against wediafom, with the exception of makoto, vega, and the shotos, so figured i'd finish off using the roster against you, and then some .. I would totally play the tourney mirror-matched.
