Blanka is a great character to main, although you will hit a wall once you reach a certain point (I've never seen anyone who only plays blanka get to 4000BP without cheating, not even -40). Once you start playing high level players all of blankas moves become a liability and are punished. But until then, he has great normals so even if you haven't mastered his specials you can still do a lot of damage. He has great anti air attacks (both normals and specials and a super), his ultras are awesome against low skilled players and it does awesome chip damage. As mentioned already he has some good tools against shotos and some good ex moves to close run away characters. His combo chains aren't super long nor overly complicated. And the reason I like playing him is because I can play the turtle game with him or a rush down game as welll as other styles.

I'm trying with Yun. I'm trying to at least get on Felix's level with him. I need to try to find another good anti-air, because if that misses, then Yun's screwed.
Good anti-air is St.K, and Nishokyaku(uppercut). You seemed not to use this Upoercut too many times though, it's also good for running away from corner sometimes.

I gave you a perfect round in 3rd match and you revenge it in 4th match! How crazy you are! It seems that you are going to say" I can give you a perfect round whenever I want! Lol These ten matches I notice you always lure me for hug/super/ultra by focus back when I am close! I was unsuccessful getting into the trap you set up.>______< You air attack is still my biggest problem coz my lariat will be ineffective. The overhead punch is like the bison 's overhead headstomp hitting the blind spot of Gief! It seems that you know it and focus to attack my weak point! Lastly, I thought I am still good to show you off my iconic move few times. Cyrus's move: missed banishing flat -> ultra It is still the promising weapon of my Gief!

Us perfecting each other in separate matches, one after another, was the most insane thing ever. I don't think that can ever happen again. It's also amazing how we use mind games on each other. The whole match is basically getting that good 50/50 guess move in and then going to town while the other is doing the same. Good games HEIF! I.. Think when you did that headstomp or something and my Yun kicked you, in a weird way, the game said "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" and stopped. We broke it Heif... We broke it.
