lol use it on me, i'll show u how to counter it. Unless i get heif-37 who's master at skull breaker, most of them i dont have much of a problem. I fought a guy called KaneVTC, hes the reason how i discover to counter that move. I'll use your Fei and u'll use bison. Lets see how it goes.

We played a 10 set as follows: (my character is listed first, his second 1. Bison vs Zangief - I beat him easily first round, second round I walked from my desk to bathroom to have better connection, gave him the perfect, 3rd round he actually pulled off a legit victory. 2.Bison vs Zangief - 2 quick rounds heif as victor 3. Bison vs Zangief - 2 quick rounds heif as victor 4. Bison vs Sagat- I lose first round, win second two 5. Zangief vs Sagat - I win both rounds 6. Zangief vs Sagat - I lose both rounds 7. Honda(edit here, it was zangief before, but I used Honda)vs Sagat - I lose first round , I win second, he wins 3rd 8. Bison vs Sagat - He wins first round, I win last two 9. Bison vs Sagat - I destroy for 2 rounds 10. Bison vs Sagat - Asshole gets random lucky ultra that Iwalk into and wins first round, I win second round, I finish the 3rd and final round of the 10 set with a perfect all over his face His main is zangief, and it is much better than his bison. After playing 10 games with him, I noticed that he spams headstomps, fireballs, and FBA's. Vengance found.
