I have lost interest in iosmvc2 since i have been playing it on my PC in anticipation of multiplayer. According to what people say, i am probably better off using my keyboard now than the small piece of glass for controls. Id better get it though before the sale expires...
In moments like these I'm glad I increased the ram on my iPod it runs 60 fps for me and you just have to get used to it... Using 6 button controls and I already knew how to make special moves and hypers got it on the ps3
Lol - the crazy Mexican .... I think that one's my fault! But hey, I meant it in a good way obviously. I know Insanity takes this game seriously, and is definitely worthy of team. Piece of advice to everyone: don't let 12 year olds use your itouch near a wifi spot, it'll cost you quite some Bp, and not to mention the suspicion from online players that you've suddenly contracted Parkinson's and can't use your thumbs properly....

Itsad to see Street fighter Volt die out. I saw the new flick button thing and that is thr EXACT thing I thought of. Maybe capcom will reboot street fighter as: Super Street Fighter IV: Flick Battle Protocol. I think it sucks a lot how the main boss (Seth) isn't even in the game. It's like for the ios version of street fighter 2 they just use sagat as the final boss. I can imagine flick controls would be fun with dhalsim. Maybe for charge characters, you have to hold the flick then let it go. If the movement controls didn't influence charges, grabs would be easier.
Howdy y'all. What are everyones impressions of mvc2? I cant seem to get my head around the controls and just the feel of the game in general, but maybe thats just me. Opinions?
Few bugs. -Doing supers other than the set one is a pain. How to press 2p?! You can also only click your chars icon, not your opp's. -Seems all the good players have settled on the 6 button layout. (lp,lk,hp,hk, assist1, assist2). But like everyone else I'm having alot of problems with random switchouts. -The only combo I can pull out routinely is the traditional jump in, launcher, lp,lk,mp,mk,hk,hp. -The small screen makes it very hectic. Generally, I don't think this game will taken seriously
Harlequin pretty much summed it up. I would tell you that the combo system will come naturally the more you practice but the controls prevent any kind of progression besides the basic magic series above. The games a flop imo
After spending another ten minutes on it the best option is spacing out the buttons (6b layout) and just tapping your characters icon for Super A. This way it's somewhat playable. Not worth the full price. .99 at best.
Do you guys know a player called Akuma333? He is a great Sagat and seems to be a legit 3.4k player too. Just met him in friendlies and it was 3-1 for me but he sure knows how to play against Gief....Some of the closest matches I ever had

I think it mat be better for you because your on the latest Ipad, the screen is bigger so you can actually space your buttons out. I'm still playing the game because I live Marvel that much but its a real drag I cant do the things Id really like to do. Who knows maybe Ill get used to it and my opinion will change. If Capcom ever releases another version addressing the issues we've talked about Id gladly pay 5-6 bucks for it. At the price its at now really is a steal and definitely worth a lot more.
Haha I'm looking forward to our games and I would love to fight Felix too! I was impressed by that 4-3 but as always Cyrus came for revenge and we know how that turns out....

I am surprised, you have a good Sagat and Guile I thought you were like Cyrus and only Play Gief. Really hard to crack Guiles Defence.
