Just got it. Not liking that cluster of sh!t. (controls) :D

I'm using the six button layout. Better for combos but can't use supers. I'm not investing time on it. No multiplayer and Im not spending time unlocking characters again.

Also it lags. Might be me.

Seriously, the game moves sliw as sh*t when your actually battling the AI but training mode is a buttery smooth 60 frame per second experience. The simple controls give you less clutter but you cant do half the things you can do with the 6 button layout. The 6 button layout is how it should be played but it makes for too much crap on the screen and you can hardly see what your doing. Doing Hypers is sooo frustrating because the 2 punch or kicks are very hard to register at the same time, moving the buttons closer will screw up some of your inputs. I see now why Capcom made SFV that way it is. Just goes to show you the consumer doesnt know jack Sheep.

My rating for this game keeps going up and down, I now thinks its 2.5/5.

By the way is anyone else getting random character switches during play? Im certain im not pressing the assist button and its getting frustrating. Maybe im missing something...

It's hard to chain combos together. So damn confusing. Definitely not the finesse game that Volt is

Yeah new players will find the combo system confusing at first, it even took me a while to get the controls down because Ive gotten so used to SF and Marvel3.

You'll get it eventually, but how is the speed for you? Outside of training mode that is.

Space your buttons in mvc2. The game is for players who are familiar with it
Speed is fine, seems 60fps everywhere on an iPhone 4s

Do you use 6 button or easy mode?

Spacing the buttons make doing Hypers nearly impossible.

...So I guess my speed problem has to do with my 3GS...What to do...

6 button mode. D4, yeah that sucks. I just don't use hypers. Unless you want to go zonk cody mode and play it like a pad lol

I wonder if you space your buttons close together you can pull off the supers easier. I did that with SC and it worked for me...

Oh yeah D4, you can ultra by sliding from one punch button to the other while doing the command

It helps for supers but now you eliminate combos since pressing any HP/Hk ends combos. The controls are horrible. Too much for touch pad.

    I can't imagine playing Magneto/storm/sentinal. :D

    D4

I'm running iPod 4g with no processes and arcade runs slow. If you push lp/Lk or HP/HK it switched characters out so you might be doing it accidentally since its all bunched up together.

Yes!! Completely forgot about that!! Thanks man, Sadly I have to agree this game is not made for touchscreen. Unless we all want to play with simple controls on :D

Man, this is a bummer was really looking to get back into this game but I just cant in its iOS form. Ill try fooling around with different control schemes but I wont get my hopes up.
