I tend to plan my wakeup game vs. Gief around whether or not I see him doing a lot of body splashes before he knocks me down. If he doesn't splash a lot, I jump on wakeup, if he does, I usually use crouching Fierce Uppercut. It beats body splash almost every time. The only thing you have to watch is whether he goes for the crossup or not. That's usually where i run into trouble, is if I misjudge which side of me he's gonna land on. :x Flash Kick can work with the autocorrect, but it usually trades in my experience so that tends to be a last resort if I can't suss out what he's going to do. But it's rare that I get knocked down by a Gief player as I'm usually either zoning him with Boom+Backfist, or on top of him with mixups. It IS a shitty situation to be in so I really try hard not to end up there.

Good games yyojjo. There's definitely some physcology going on but I just played like crap (not that it would have made a difference). I get really frustrated when a move I want doesn't come out and a focus attack comes out instead, I get so pissed that I just start mashing on the button I want to use to verify it works:| Anyways sorry for the crappy play

My goodness, the sakura jap is freaking godlike. Never seen anything close in US server. Learn a few things, now want to hit the training room. The list verifies what i said earlier, there are bad and good match-ups, but overall its the players who mainly determine the outcome. And i also love how they play with dignity.

Haha, I don't think I am in your level yet with a lot of characters especially Sagat I have not perfected his combos yet. In our 3 matches, you did not drop or whif his combos, very impressive Lol, that's what I thought when you left at 3. Let's play in 2 hours if you have time. Edit: i am sure all of you heard about UMVC and I want to say, RIP Volt. I will miss all the Rage Quiters lol
