That's the only way out lol. Plus I play sag so makes sense lol. He s crazy with Gief Try my ken earlier combo and Honda they're practical can be used in live matches Ryu high kick, low kick fb, fdac, lower kick fb, fdac, lower kick upper or fireball( reset) or tornado ( do jump overhead after) In the corner, high kick low kick fb fdac lower kick, ex tornado or ex fb, ultra Chunli cool Seth trick corner only: jump in double p (right be4 the opponent hit max height), smal jump down k k k. Cool stuff. Sagat: jump kick, lower kick fb fdac, lower kick ex upper, ultra
Akuma: jump punch, double stand kick, anti air fb, fdac double stand kick(maybe corner) lower kick fb fdac, double kick anti air tornado uPper ? Sounds hard enough lol. Done only half of that set up lol
Abel: flashy stuff jump punch medium stand punch(1 only) ex direction combo(1) fdac anti air fdac air throw. Or repeat it again jump punch 1 st Punch, 1 direction 1 st punch 1 direction anti air ultra
Try these (Cody): Bad Stone, FA lvl 2, EX Bad Stone, cr jab x4, cr mp xx Ruffian Kick, EX Criminal Upper (corner) Standing K (CH), Ruffian Kick, EX Criminal Upper, FADC, EX Criminal Upper Jumping K, cr jab x4, cr mp xx Ruffian Kick, EX Criminal Upper, FADC, EX Criminal Upper
Standing kick if close enough can follow by a lower kick or anti air always can't do fb after standing kick. Read again d4. This thing is super hard though, in the end u probably can do another ex too
Thats why u hear a lot of s-tier players are complaining how us server's akumas are noobs (throwing fbs, air grap, air armor break (into super)). Akuma really is a combo king, just so dam hard to do it. Especially his fb is slow that's why hard to adjut fdac. Just done half of that chain is a handful for many players already.
Interesting. I met him this morning in ranked and he quit on the Vs. screen. Back when he was RQing all the time (is he still?) I used to quit against him on the Vs. screen because I don't like giving my BPs to RQers. But today I was looking forward to seeing his Honda. Faced some tough opponents this morning before work. Started against jlyjs, who plays random in friendlies. He had a very good Makoto and Gief and a decent Fei. I was using Abel. I faced jo3zz next (a 2200 BP Ryu with 5k matches), followed by a 3500 BP Akuma with a Japanese name. After that was Nyak, who I had never faced before. He was very good, but I was a little underwhelmed based on his reputation. I am not sure I can buy the 8512-535 record, particularly given that he had 1 ranked drop and a sig that said "If U rage quit I quit also & lag." We played 2 close matches, although I couldn't get over the hump to take a round. He refused my rematch request after that. I guess I just don't see how he could have a better record/BP total than players like NYC and TenOnez. Anyway, finished my morning off with a cool ending against a decent Ryu. I used my ultra from close to the corner and teleported behind him. He used his ultra (or super) on reaction but before it could knock me out, my ultra reached him from behind. I may post that replay if it looks as cool as it seemed at the time.
Ex rocks, fa lvl 2 means cancel the ex rocks into a lvl 2 focus attack for crumple @D4 sorry for the messy guile play. I played some clan tinhte person and threw his bison around alot with air grabs. I was just testing it
GG's Harlequin, You remind me of Vaceotyn, Who happens to be my favorite player to play against! Very fun matches with different characters. Good job on huessing the correct side against my Bison crossup on that last round vs. guile. Im gunna upload that match cuz that was intense P.S. I cant believe I walled into your guile ultra, I R Noob .....and Im late for school!!! Edit: Are you kidding?! Your Guile is too sick, I know Guile is a bad matchup for Bison but man I havent played Guile like yours in a while!!
Nyak doesnt rage quit he is a very good player, the reason why he has this high record is because his play style is very diferent to all the other good ryu's and even if his style is weird it works for him. He tends to release his dragon when his hp is low. In my opinion its a very good tactic to confuse other players on the strategy they use against him. He also plays it safe and the mayority of the good ryu's are very aggresive and that is not a safe strategy so can end up in loosing more than him. (he plays on the french BN thats why he not rank on US server) I dont know this is my opinion on him what you guys think?
from another ryu player perspective: hes good with fb game, neutral jumps, but kinda boring to me (counter defensive). When i played him long ago with Ryu i think i got somewhere always a match or two behind him, but i was at risk more because i did dash in and focus attack more. oh he likes to do alot of neutral jump so fireball or upper up close him. note: the fb game is what i am not good at, even with sagat. just not my style lol. i dont have the patience for that.
I agree that he's a great player. I'm not trying to say otherwise. I still just have trouble believing the record of 8512-535. TenOnez is about 5000-1000 and is a better player. I am pretty sure that NYC's record is also worse than Nyak's but his Ryu (and possibly his Yun) is also better in my opinion. You're right about him going up a notch when he gets low though. I was having my way against him in one round and got him down to close to a third of his HP. He put together a nice comeback, although I thought he got lucky connecting a DP -> FADC -> ultra from 3/4s of the screen away when he guessed right against my Sim's jump punch. That may just be me being bitter though.
You can maybe look at it this way, from the beggining tenOnez wasnt probably as good as he is now and maybe it took him a while to be the player he is. Maybe Nyak may have figured his play style earlier. I have a 250-200 record doesnt really matter my old record was 1600-800. This doesnt mean anything most of my looses are using a diferent character than viper. I have a 70+ win rate with her and a low 50 percent win over all. On my old record it was 70+ win rate with viper and 66 percent win rate over all. It really depends on how serious you take ranked matches. Imagine TenOnez resets And play only rog His record would be way better than nyak's You get it?
