I understand, but I disagree with any mindset that disregards personal responsibility. The same goes for the steroid users in baseball. It was against the rules but not enforced for years. That doesn't make it ok. That said, I totally agree that Capcom needs to take action since these guys are pathetic enough to cheat the way they do.
I hate it when I break out a secondary character in ranked, win a tough match, and then watch as my opponent rage quits. Ugh.
Good games last night. I decided to leave because it seemd like weird stuff kept happening... game ended once or twice, then it looked like you basically gave me a free perfect on the honda match, so I was gonna give you a round then decided to pull out the victory We will play again... just kinda curious what happened during the sets...
Good games dude. I remember you made it very difficult for my honda to get in on your guile! And I think I know why you make the comment "not much differnt than some ive faced" that first round I think I kept headstomping into your jumping punches, I let you hit me with that like 8 times in a row!!! but then I realized you were gonna keep doing that and changed my game up and still managed to get the victory on that round and set Also, on a friendly match, if I am about to get a perfect, I don't really mind continuing the rush down... I know I should stop cause ultra or super is coming.... but oh well! We gotta play more again, they were fun.

Yea that was before i knew any of you i didnt want to fight 3k bp+ players until i reached 3k. I had a stupid dogma (been taken care of) that i would only fight same bp players as me. But that changed. I realized bp means nothing Back then i was a scrub haha

It was nerve racking for me though, i knew you had an insane Sagat but never fought before i dont think...those squatting face offs are hard to figure out with you... I didnt want to continue more than a couple in ranked, Im going for a few EPs right now and knew i would lose :]
good games rshkhsee! your have a really nice guile, at least 3000bp level based on my experience. Totally beat me up on the first set, and I just lucky to get the third set because it's so close. I feel that u already very familiar with my fighting style, keep countering my tiger knees and uppercut! Really want to play more with u later You are definitely one of the top guile players I've ever played with.

You are good Captain. You will only get better by fighting all the TA people. I jumped from 3k to 3.5k just by being on TA alone. I hit 4k a couple times on multiple accounts when I watched replays through BN...now i don't play as much so back to 3k

I anticipated where you would headstomp and knew you would do it alot, i was hoping you would continue I wanted to air slam but i think the punch is a bit faster... Ugh, Honda and Zangief are scary guys and you use them well...i hate a rushing bulldozer Honda! Your Sim is cool. I used to use him like that a little bit too, plenty of short screw attacks! More challenges soon..

And it doesnt hurt that i come across many Sagats on ranked, especially lately It was very cool fighting your Sagat on ranked, definitely as beastly as people say..one of the top few. :] Yeah lets do some casuals soon, dont think you are on my list...
It's not that simple. There are many reasons of disconnection. The hardest part is to identify when the disconnection is on purpose. As far as I know, the app registers every disconnection (except lost signal/modem unplugged), but there's a method that makes the disconnections not being registered. The core of this problem is that players can actually manipulate the app. So it's all about crackable iOS system/jailbroken devices, more than Capcom's penalty system. Of course, Capcom could develop alternative ways, like a report system. Or simply tracing player's activity and behavior from time to time.
Using Cyrus tips give my good help on gief, now able to beat some ppl that I couldn't beat before, and did some awsome revange on some spam sagat just simply use bash miss + ultra or hug, stay at 3200+ BP is easy if I don't mark around. My point is: for me, I played over 1000-2000 games on viper,cody, sakura, cammy played around 800 games on gief, viper & gief 3200 BP around, Cody & cammy 2900 BP around, Sakura 2600 around. I Found my Cody and Sakura skill are hard to improve, hardly seem any good Cody and Sakura player out there, nashberry maybe the best Cody, but not sure if he can keep stay around 3700 BP if he only use Cody? What i found is Both Cody and Sakura have very bad weakness, againest good players just hardly win any game. Wonder is good Cody or Sakura player actually exist? I mean the one that can consistently stay around 3500 without Que doggy, rage quit or cheat? If you guys know any please let me know. And I really recommend more ppl to start play Cody and Sakura instead of playing OP class. They are hell lot of fun with combos.

The best Cody by far is Hazure3 in Japan. I mean its not even close. He has like 3900BP and is playing Cody....crazy Cody.
