Um...You know what the situation you are in? You are playing with the S tier player. The mightiest viper in both Jap and Us server. There is no 100% method to beat him coz he will soon adjust his strategies when it went wrong. I could just give you some advice. Be careful of his meter. Once he got a meter, he would probably use the Ex hammer when you jump to him or getting close. For the 3 triple hammer, please be patient. You should consider the chip damages as a gift to him. When he received enough gifts, he would be relaxing and this is your time for attacking. When you are down, he will sometimes use the fire kick as cross attack when he is close to you. Be careful!
Cyrus, we love you, but this one really made me laugh a bit : P So the strategy is: Take a lot of damage so that he lets his guard down because he's beating you so badly. A good player (and you state that he is the best Viper) won't relax until the "You Win" pops up on screen. I think maybe a better strat is to use those focus attacks to absorb those seismos - if he wants free meter, you should try to get a free ultra.
I beat his pathetic Bison using my Sagat. He had something like 2900 BP which obviously doesn't reflect his skills I usually brash it off when players Rage quit on me but I want to you guys to watch out for him.

Haha...Actually my Gief was very patient when playing against him. I would make use of the ex banishing flat to counter his hammer on my wake up. When he likes to use 3 hammers, I would guard it until suitable timing. ( it is very hard to know but you can feel it. Sometime he wants to do the fake hammer after 3 consecutive hammers, then it is the good timing to rush to him.) And I would use the jumping punches to extend my attcking range to him. But my ultimate goal is to get close to him. I know I would win the match once I could get close.

I played Love You and Paradox in the past 2 days. I beat both and they didn't RQ..... (replays are up) I wasn't impressed by either player
Absolutely. And there are rules, etc. against rage quitting. It's just really hard to enforce the rules against people who unplug their modem. Plus, to compare avoiding a loss on an iOS port of a video game to bags full of cash is ridiculous.

Those guys should be around 2500BP to 2700BP the most. I haven't played madman and jeje but I think they are about the same level as iloveu, paradoxx who I smoked
The comparison doesnt even matter, the point I was trying to make is that people will do what they know they can get away with. Yes they are rules but those rules are pretty much void since everyone knows how to get around those rules. Which is why Capcom needs a more effective/Stricter method of controlling these clowns.
