I feel that Guile E Honda is about 70-30. For Honda, dont jump unless you are really close and they arent charging flash kick. Learn to use your jumping normals to get in.
Using honda, you're going to have bad bad matchups against Ryu, Sagat, and Guile. Ken sometimes. Use neutral jump to get over fireballs if needed, and then P in mid air and you can charge your jump trajectory. It's a good way to bait out moves if you're close.
I figured you were just learning Honda so I picked my secondary but I didn't know guile was a tough match for Honda. I wish I could give you feedback but I'm just learning how to use guile and I'm not familiar with most match ups yet. Jumping on on me did seem like a bad idea though! I was able to punish that a lot.
Met the ever so famous BatmanOG today in friendlies, attempting to play Fei Long! Now he knows who I am, He knows thats my Main, He knows that I know all Fei's strengths and weaknesess and he knows perfectly well that I will upload a replay of me trashing his Fei with the same comment he had with me and my Ryu. So what does he do? He unplugs his router of course, and he does it just after the Vs. screen too lol, So im sitting their looking at a loading screen for 5 minutes knowing exactly what he had done. Thus was the excuse he sent me lolol I didnt even respond to this clown.
