Um It may be possible! But I think the rival will normally do the back dashing twice so still avoid the ultra. Plus I seldom do forward dash but spamming banishing flat for moving forward.
Thanks d4gamerz and Hieu, now I understand I am right Shouldn't be a issue to find out how good ppl play from my exp so far lol. Good player will give you the tuff time no matter what, easy win againest high rating player they just simply a cheater
Some people like D4 have artificially low BP. He beats the crap out of me constantly and he is only 2k. You have to watch these low sneaky BP people. A guy names Drighur has 0 BP but is one of the best players in all of volt. BP is meaningless.

A couple Cammys hat you should seek out that are awesome are Felix and Red Tiger. I'm a pussycat compared to those two #. They are different styles and should give you a well rounded experience on Cammy
Is psycho brain legit? I don't think he is but looking to confirm. I see him posting on BN all the time. He's at 3600 BP and I beat his Guile easily in the first round. His connection conveniently dropped at the beginning of the 2nd. He has a BIG difference between matches played and matches counted toward his record. Only 1 ranked drop/20 but that doesn't mean much.
I still think you're better than red tiger. He's really good though. I've only played him a handful of times but got my first ranked win against him yesterday (although he went wild and perfected me in round 2). I'll upload it shortly.

His Ryu is an annoying turtle I believe he's legit. He use to talk in the DD chatroom and seems like a cool guy. He's been accused of rqing on a dd member, but he explained, and there was only one ranked drop. RQrs have 0.
How sad is it that we have to ask each other who is legit and who isn't? Is this a problem on the consoles as well?
Gief defeated! Met a high win Gief on friendlies and made him RQ! Beat the crap out of him in the second game. . Many thanks to Inferno and Cyrus and Drighur. Compared to them, all others are now manageable.
