Nothing really. First time I played him, he loses. I don't want to play against teleport and fireball spam. so he sends me I run into him later. He wins 1. I beat him. He RQs. I haven't played him since. And now on the public timeline he's saying I RQ on him.

Do what I do. When he sends you a message, just keep it. The only way he could send you hatemail or anything then is through your BN Profile and you can report/remove stuff like that. Yes! I reset my account just wanted to test how BN works! Whoa! those 10 games were epic! We are very evenly match with our mains! Your Yun has improved drastically since last time we played! Incredibly impressive! I wasn't playing with discipline in all 10 sets the way I wanted it... I find mimimapu's Yun a more patient one. Ah. Yeah, they were awesome! I was playing badly, but then I started to be a little more patient. Personally, my mindset is that I only have 900 health, so I can't tank any hits, so I just rush in and play a destruction run style against Dhalsim. One thing I hate about the damn Ultra animation is that, once they start, there's no dashing out of a focus attack. I find that really stupid.
