WTF Capcom? I was just about to post that I don't see any update. So this is legit? Are there any more character tweaks (according to the description that is)? Nullroar is going to go nuts. Edit: Any other details in the description? And is there a new icon? I can't say I expected Retina, although the game is definitely due for an update. Edit #2: I remember that the last update came out during our last tourney. That was crushing because of the nerfs. I remember I played DROQQA right after the update and was flailing around like I didn't have a clue (although I may have done that against him even without the update ). I wonder if this will affect the current tourney.

The process is long and troublesome, if you want the Jap version just to play the new characters, I would suggest you just wait for the US version to be released. Which will be very soon...RIGHT CAPCOM!!!
