With Honda I was testing the timing for headbutt passing fireballs, I think he can only pass Sagat's tiger shots.

Stupid E. Honda Fact: E. Honda can tick into his Ultra with EX Sumo Splash, if the Splash is blocked.

 

Headbutt has no fireball invincibility, sorry Goes over low tiger shots, but that's it.
EX headbutt can sometimes get ppl during their fireball start-up frames, or trade dmg because the EX headbutt hitbox is so big ..

 

they have done it in the past. but it's a bit of a crapshoot on how obvious it looks, i guess .. ?
