Playing the Japanese version of the game -- is it necessary to change Language -> Japanese? What happens if I just try to connect to BN using Language -> English? Does it only impact your ability to upload replays & BN ranking ? edit: ok, just tested. Yea, Language -> English seems to connect me to the English Battle Network. Didn't test if it impacted my ability to connect to Japanese players or not though.
Basically, depending on the language, it is where your stats get updated on battle network. You can play japanese app in english and still fight the japanese players, just dont expect to see your rankings in japanese battle network. My rule of thumb with the two apps. Leave the english in english Leave the japanese in japanese No issues.

No no! I still play BP hackers just to find out how legit they are. This M.CUONG guy seemed really friendly and appeared to be a legit Bison player - to me at least in the beginning.... I friended him and played a few friendlies and quickly realized he isn't a 4K player, say, he is 2.3-2.5K BP. I won 15/17 matches... I still remember I lost to his Bison 1X and Cammy 1X. He wanted to play me instead of me playing him. I am not at all a 4.7K BP player... 3.1-3.5K is the range I am in most of the time!
Yes I have played him but it was more than 6 months ago! Red Tiger is legit and plays Cammy to her full potential. He usually holds the 6:4 edge against my Sim... But these Viet Clan guys are so laggy! Apprunner, have you ever played a Ryu named Maaz? He is ultra turtle Ryu to the max, he is really good because of it though.. its annoying. I'd imagine he gives you a whole world of trouble if you have played him? he comes on palringo, not sure where he came from. I played honda vs his cammy, he raped my honda but only because I kept jumping in. I finally decided, walkbackwards time.... took the set easy. To all people who play the backwards game, why oh why oh why its so frustrating, because the best way to deal with it, is to start walkbackwards game once you get life lead. I just cant sit still for that long. My ADD won't allow it haha
Yea, I can't deal with playing defensively and hanging back -- not fun for me playing that way, not fun to play against ppl playing that style. .. Viper ends up being a good option for me -- great chip with her Seismo without putting herself in danger, but she can ultra-pressure too.

Yep, exactly why I like Bison and his stomp and devil reverse, gets you safely near the turtlers, under most cases anyway. Some people are so good at turtle game though, that you have to change to that playstyle in order to get a win

Haha, I actually like Urien. He was my guy in 3rd strike. Yeah, its funny, way back when I first read your signature, I was like nah teleport is great for escaping, but then I tried using it to escape and I would get screwed. Irony ---> Ken|Ken knows how to use teleport to relieve pressure and escape lol
