It's amazing how many mid-level players don't know how to block it correctly. Even where the block the 1st or sometimes 2nd hit, I can still catch them if I continue to the end. Typically I try to decide when or if to stop short depending on how an opponent is blocking. The easiest example is someone who blocks the 1st hit low and will obviously get hit by the 2nd hit.
