I'm so f-Ing tired of akumas! I've literally played about 50 matches tonight and most have been against akumas. What's their strategy? Fireball, fireball, jump up/back fireball, fireball, fireball, walk back, teleport, teleport, fireball, super, fireball, jump forward, crouch for 30 seconds, ultra.

Could you be any more boring!

    Yeah...
Set1 I went easy on you.
    Set2 I toned my level a little.
Set3 except that perfect round (because I had to go do something quick) I think you read me pretty well with Bison.

Defensive Bison will frustrate Sim players. Also make good use of Head Stomp/Devil reverse mix-ups
    Try:
Head Stomp --> empty jump landing -->throw or
Head Stomp --> land behind me --> stand roundhouse

I need more feedback from you about my Sim!

    Thosr are cancels, not links

Links are when the animation of a move has finished and then the super connects.

A CANCEL is when the animation is cancelled into the move. e.g. Ryu's fireball, super.

The difference you may have noticed is you link into ultras but can cancel in supers.

I'm asking for links into supers

Thank you so much bro, I will take those in to consideration:)
Your Sim is already awesome and solid but try to reduce your teleporting a bit. Also, try to be more offensive. Your strategy of taking a life lead and waiting for mistakes to punish can backfire against shoto players:D

What's your second char? Never seen you with any char except with Sim:confused:

Lol.... ..... My Akuma prefer grab. I'm trying to do a replay on: how many times can you grab and slam an opponent using Akuma. Highest was 6 in 2 rounds vs. a Ryu, but he RQ :D

Edit: did 8 on a Fei but he RQ too..

Edit 2: I slammed ZANGIEF 6 times, 5 in 2nd round. Replay up! I even jumped forward towards him, and his ultra missed, then I jump again and grabbed him for a last one. Hilarious!

Haha I have no decent 2nd character... maybe Honda? I am learning the character from playing all those top Volt Hondas (SUPA, Eskapade, JePa, buybuy1). It is nowhere near my Sim level.

Yeah... teleport too much is my little bug-a-boo and am well aware of that - I do this in Volt and I am even worse in AE...

I have another perspective on "life lead and wait for mistake" strategy:
Dhalsim is one of the hardest characters to get in. As soon as Sim has a lead, it is opponent's task to figure out how to get close. Good Shoto players can read my teleport and pokes (stand and jump fierce) like a book. They tend to play a more patient game. Once I am trapped in the corner, it is over.

Take your time and LITERALLY stay in front of Sim at all times will do!

PS: Your Yoga Catastrophe hit after tech is one my top Volt WTF moments :D

I can do it again tomorrow night around the same time you West Coast boy!
I don't know why I am not Ranked... so no point playing Ranked games...

For me now, Friendly is less intense and more fun :)

    Good night!

Alright cool. I am about to sleep too. Yeah, I am also not ranked, oh well...
BTW, I just watched your match with Nyak, wow, intense matches. Honestly, part of me was rooting for the Ryu player for some reason:eek: You know, Ryu players have to stick together:p
    Night night

Lol! -40 has a replay up of a double perfect against a 2000BP ryu. He crosses the sh!t out of him!

Looking at his other replays that appears to be his MO.

    HARLEQUINROGUE

Now that I have your attention, Fei Long's Cr. LK links into his super. His Cr. LK is not super or special cancelable. His Cr. LP is cancelable, though.

Edit: Forget this. I made a mistake. His Cr. LK isn't special cancelable, but it is super cancelable... sorry. :(

Oh Felix... That's actually pretty cool though.

I was thinking though, that alot of aa uppercuts (in corner if necessary) will link into supers.

Uppercuts that trade too, but that's kinda lame.

So let's amend it to non juggles :p
