Hey man, good games. Thanks for the long sets! The only thing I didnt like about playing with you, was it seemd like you default to keep away stratedgy... I think your Sagat would be a lot better if you played a bit more aggressivly... you kept jumping back and kicking lol Your bison was annoying you were pretty aggresive with him and I liked it! I actaully feel like you have more potential in Bison than Sagat.. I was really on my game last night, I can't beleive I won all those matches with all those characters. I really appreciate the sparring, it is always nice playing with someone new and seeing how they operate! We will for sure play again!
Mooken, I was having great fun with Sagat last night, mostly practicing Kara uppercut, its amazing the extra reach you get, I was trying to figure out when to use, and that varys a lot lol. Maybe later tonight we can go through the cast against my sagat?
I've been playing with Abel and Gief a lot lately. I've been burnt out with Sim for awhile and am just in a having fun mode these days, although I definitely still break Sim out often enough. I'm hoping that not playing him all the time will help me forget a few bad habits. I've noticed in using Abel and Gief that I play differently depending on my opponent. Whenver I see a TA tag at the Vs. screen, I tighten up and play pretty conservatively, not wanting to look like a complete scrub. When I'm playing a random I play looser and more aggressively. I need to break that habit since I think that will improve my game. Anyway, accepted the invite this morning. I typically play after 8 pm EST and sporadically on weekends.
Berserk! I want to play with you, I know your Sagat lvl is way up there, I need to see how YOU maange the different match ups. Wediafom was more of a turtle ina sense of always trying to back up, I know you play defensive but you have offensive counters.. No replays as nothing spectacular happened, although I am getting that ultra combo down really well... haven't dropped one at all from the past like 15 matches!
I dont want to make a boss list, but a list of who I feel are some of the best VOLT players. As I have said before, no one is best, but definitly you can see a clear line on who is a higher tier player: Guile: I would like to say, PV is a total noob, I don't understand how he beats anyone. The best guile, and arguably one of the most alert and best players in all of volt: slrc91, I would also like to put HarlquinRogue(you have improved greatly since our previous matches, it shows... you have a style almost that of slrc's and that is just disgustingly awesome. Felix - you have the most amazing execution, at least in the matches we have had. Those Akuma fights, pure talent man... The first time I fought your yun, you walked all over me... you always post all these little fun facts, your a cool member of the community and appreciate your play style. psxsqual - your bison is beast, I have taken a few tricks from you over time... while on this topic, I want to ask only because HarlquinRogue posted that you do the move forward slightly and then go back to screw up FA and counters during skullcrusher... did you take that from me? I only ask, because I am like 99% sure I watched all other bisons after discovering that trick, and did not see anyone doing it! berserk_2nd - your sagat is awesome. I am pretty sure you ticked me off a while ago when we played, just cause I couldnt get in! Also, I remember thinking how well you switched between bison and sagat and it impressed me Cyrus - single handedly increased my bison lvl greatly by constantly sparring with me, most will agree, that even trying to imitate Cyrus, you just can't be at his lvl, he has pyschic abilities none of us have I know Ten0nez is godlike, but I have only played with him back in the days when I was a scrub, I would like to see how our matches would go now... back in the day though, he was able to beat me with grabs alone -_- Hieus Ryu managed to give me like 3 draws in a row a long time ago, will never forget those matches Nashberry - amazing makoto, we would spar all the time, we didnt for a while, and during that time the sneaky guy was in training room recording my bison tactics and figuring out counters, we met in ranked and he beat me down good. I learned new tricks against his new tricks so I am back on top, but nothing is a fair match for makoto, so mad props. Mooken, I know our matches were close last time we went... great viper, also Nero, his viper is awesome! Ken|ken with the ever confusing name of ken, but amazing playing of Dahlsim, we have had our grudge match ever since we met, love running into you. Last but not least, pesky Apprunner.... damn cammy This is getting a bit long, so I will end. Sorry if I forgot anyone! These people really stuck out as having memorable sets with!
Lol, yeah that's my strategy. In our next set, I will try to be more agressive I am surprised you even like my Bison because I have always trouble with him. Also, because i get perfected by Appruner's cammy all the time, i was discouraged to use him Funny thing, I was able to get a few wins on you with him. Play you soon, perhaps again tonight?
lol, apprunner is made to kill bison........ TBH, when you start playing the turtle game with Bison, that is a pretty tough nut to crack.. it can be annoying. We were having friendlys so I play more lax and am willing to chase you up and down the screen ahhaah Yeah, maybe we can get some more sets in tonight
When I was playing Wedia...he used to pick Bison whenever I used Cammy. Just made me smile whenever that happened He doesn't do that anymore I finally figured out the shotos too. Had a lot of success recently against higher level shotos using a combination of mind games and FA Playing in Japan really helps too. Need to figure out Honda now...

Later on, you come up with the skull crusher trick~ and I gotta back to training room face the white square wall. The last session we fought~ you upgrade your skull crusher trick again!! T.T Man... seem like your Bison is biting me when ever I get out of him~ But because playing with you I get to learned more about Bison match up as well as Xion. Both of you train me hard against Bison. Playing as Makoto is tough~ and she need to play with the best players inorder to get her envolve~ Taking this chance, Special thanks to HIEF, Xion, Cyrus, Kenken, Apprunner. Above guys had beated me hard, but because of that I learned how to deal with Bison, Zangief, Cammy and Dhalsim better. And also Felix and Hieu, who are my regular sparring opponents. You guys rox big time
