No he does not!
Just stand P target combo --> SRK/fireball --> FADC mixups
He predicted all my teleports and jumped over my stand HP and also landed all the combos...

I noticed he walks forward a lot. I will just need to zone him a little better and cut down teleport and stand HP...

Must have been counter hit. Set your thingy to Counter Hit in the training room, and it should work.

 

Ya as in standing FP standing FP cannon strike...not sure it was a counter because he was dizzied up
