Japanese version is 800 yen. About $12. I find their skill level to be higher but no rage quits. They often do the one and done but usually give you a rematch if they win and you lose. There seems to be actual etiquette there Make sure you have a good Internet connection or they get mad at you
Pricey (at least in comparison to other apps). Do you find yourself playing the US version at all anymore? The RQs are just too much for me to take on the US version.
I play less on US ranked. Its really not the RQ as much as the lag. The reason there is more lag on US servers is that it houses the entire world Volt players and excludes Japan. Japan has the worlds fastest average broadband connection so the Japanese only server is blazing fast. No lag with their players Th rst of world broadband really sucks the other reason is that I get 25% of the people just quit at vs. screen. It's very frustrating. Maybe I play too scrubby with them in the past and they don't want to play Anyway, I have had 2 RQs in about 100 games in Japn with no lag and much higher quality players. To me, it was worth every dime
Vaceotyn : good game! Long time no match! Your viper is much more skillful than last time! You read my mind sometime!
Good games, Mr Zangief! That went better than I expected, I actually took a few rounds and 1 game. Your Zangief is too amazing. Thanks for the matches!
replays was the worst thing that could happen to this game. Now when you beat a high player with your low-bp account, they RQ to prevent a vid of their loss they think you'll put up, and when you play with your high bp account, every time you lose to massive lag it goes up in a replay from that person with all the lag removed and you sit and go "that's not how it happened!" /sigh
It seems like everyone is playing on the japanese servers now because the last couple nights I would rarely run into a high BP player. Thanks guys I've quit doing friendlies because the competition wasn't that good but now the same thing is happening in ranked
Macky didn't quit when I won against him, he even playd 5 matches and sen me an invite that I playd well But he can't play
Slrc!!!! Yagami must be you, I doubt.. Way too intense man, I had one of the most exciting matches (at least in this year). We both had gutsy reads, good combos,.. absolutely great games. Btw I was in a slump again but the matches against you put me in a right track I think, thank you very much for that as well!! Hm.. What if he wasn't slrc...LOL
Yeah. I quit US servers. Only play Japan now as the lag and other things was killing the fun. In Japan, I'm only average but it's a whole lot more fun.
Ha!!! I thought so!! XD No one can play Guile as aggressive as he can, and he very often uses FACD High Kick after the Flash Kick. It was 3-2 to me by the way, it's either I improved or he was having a bad day. or both.. He perfected me a round that should made him at least a bit happy anyway :s haha
You'll get to the higher level in J sever someday, and you will be average in US server somehow. It's weird, thats what happened to me..
This is on topic: Red, I challenge you to a best-of-5 SFIV Volt grudge match. Pick any char you want (even Cammy!) and choose mine. Let's do this! GCID Nullroar. Rawr!
I would also like to challenge Red1 to some matches. I will only do standing kick with Bison. Do whatever you like. GCID psxsquall
Here is one of the replays with Slrc (Yagami in there) which are uploaded on Japandse server. So change your in-app language to Ja...I don't have to say this again do I. Anyway, this was amazing match. http://sf4iv-jp.capcom.jp/analytics/replay_download.php?r_id=20120318_06410308_056_7D4BD7B4_rpdata&d= Edit: oh, do I win the timeout then ? Haha I'm going to go to bed anyways! Night people
