wad is the timing after db charge and up kick (flash kick) to execute another db ->uf + K to cancel to super? i failed last night for all attempts
I've done all the challenges except Honda's last one. It's near-impossible on the timing and finger placement for me : (
As you can see, the motion I do has df included in the first motion for the Flash Kick since that's a required move for the Super. Maybe that's what you're missing in your input? I tried going just db -> uf + K, db -> uf + K and there was no way that the Super was coming out with that method since it needs the df. Timing-wise, you have to complete the second motion before the 2nd frame from the flash kick shows up.
I must admit, I did it with SP Assist on. Maybe try that? One other tip I have for the challenges is, if you seem to be completely unable to get one, stop trying for a day or two. It'll often be so much easier after a break. It was Makoto's 6th that gave me the most difficulty, for some reason. I spent longer on that one challenge than I did any other character!
erm..i realised my mistake after watched your video however i tried again and only succeeded for 1st 2 tries and subsequent attempts failed again. I duno why but it's not worth it to cancel from flash kick to double flash kick
I think you have to to complete the challenge - I might be wrong, but I'm not sure you could do it without cancelling... I had, cheers - I'd actually already done that challenge, but thanks for offering help. Hope you get the Guile one!
I actually finished Guile's challenge long ago with super and ultra shortcut I just wanted to redo it in manual method and now my last 2 (honda and dhalsim) challenges are completed as well thanks to the shinryureishiki videos that u posted
You're a more patient (and skilful) man than me, then! Congratulations! Glad they helped - I found them very useful for a few characters (particularly Bison's last challenge where, due to the mistake in the challenge's command list, I'd been doing the wrong move!).

Yes it works, that's why I wrote a walkthrough on how to do it. Read my walkthrough more carefully and look at the video too on the last page. The flash kick is not supposed to play its full animation, you need to execute the ultra immediately after flash kick animation starts. However this is only for flash kick -> super -> ultra. If you only want flash kick -> ultra, then it is possible to wait until flash kick animation plays fully, then cast ultra when opponent just begins falling down, but this will only work if opponent is jumping. Timing is everything. This trial is not as hard as Honda's last trial. That one gave me a finger-ache, and it's 100% about timing because if you start spamming, his punches will easily turn into hundred-hand-slap. EX slap -> crouch light punch -> EX slap -> crouch light punch -> EX slam. @_@
