Hmm well if you focus the head stomp, you might wanna move away so they can't damage you. If you focus a normal devil reverse: make sure you do it early so you get lvl2 focus!! Make sure Bison hits focus before you let go (time it correctly). In some circumstances you can punish devil reverse & skull diver with ultra no probs. Lastly all moves within a head stomp have a weakness on landing so you can punish if they land nearby with Rekkas. That's all on that really Hope this helps dude!! I play like that against bison players that play like that I also have to play like that against zangief simply because it's so easy for him to come back or to counter any one of blankas moves!
