Bison got a huge buff from 1.02 -> 1.03 I think with the Devil's Reverse hitting crouched opponents even if he got damage nerfs on the psycho crusher and the knee press.
I may have put it there. i just add anything of interest I see on this forum. I've gone and reviewed pages 1900-2000 so far , i'll do 1800-1900 next chance i get .. I'd say put it as a "A + B", and maybe we'll start adding a column called "reset", and we can put an "x" there to indicate that this is a mix-up or a reset. Useful stuff to have, esp tricky stuff like fffan's torpedo - FABDC - torpedo on knockdown techs.
Dang. I got FA Lvl 3 - EX Palm - Tetsuzanko - EX Palm to work, but you can't combo anything after that. Anyways, I think that the reason why Yun can't FA - Back Dash - Kobokushi everyone is because he has the MP Palm instead of the HP Palm.

Yeah, good games. But man, some of that lag was horrible... made mashing out St. LP - St. LK - St. MP impossible.

By the way, I was on loads of interviews for Uni this week and played training and against CPU like a nerd. I think I can now do a little better when there is no lag! also I put some 'handy' to force me to play in an extra care, which actually did help me improving zoning and etc
Sagat has an advantage but it's not huge. The matchup is fun though, which is more than I can say about Sim-Bison.
Sagat always has the advantage, especially when he is down..... Sim actually kinda same, if you can land fire, super fire, that does crazy damage. but Sagat has his last hoorah and it usually is a round finisher if connected lol
Well, when we consider match-ups, it's strictly a "if two players, of the same skill level/experience played 10 matches, how many woudl each player win?". So someone like Sagat, due to their moveset and damage, would have an easier match-up against some of the other characters. Tier is almost like saying "S tier = easy matchups 80-90% of the time", "A tier = 60-80% good matchups", "B tier = 40%-60% good matchups", and so forth .. does that kinda make sense? I dunno, i've never really thought about how the two would relate to each other.
