T. Hawk wasn't even in the console or PC releases of SFIV, why would he be in SFIV for the iPhone? He is being released in Super SFIV, but that's a whole different story.
Yeah just drop an email to Capcom I think theyre giving away a thousand copies to the first people to email them!
I miss E.Honda! Excited for this game though, hopefully it will play well. Good to see more big names coming to Idevice can't wait for so many upcoming games. They are keeping it quiet, not many people know about it, send them an email
I went to capcom.com read the blogs, went to the forums and saw absolutley nothing about it. I would really feel stupid asking for a copy only to get a reply with a fat LOL on it. Could you kindly PM the correct email to which i should email this to them as well as the subject in relations to the contest and also a link to said contest or even just a mod posting said rumor. I will keep it in my inbox and not publicly post it if you do. Thanks!
I did not fall for anything, I simply asked for links. Please get your facts straight before making someone sound stupid for falling for something they did not. It is very possible that Capcom_unity could be holding the game for a set launch date and holding a contest. Capcom is a Huge company and can afford to hand out 1000 free copies to the game. Without links to anything someone says on this forum unless posted by a developer /mod/or admin I will not believe , but that will not stop me from researching and debunking the lie. Now, Had i come back a few hours and said "I emailed them and i hope they win!!!11" one or some stupid crap like that, then you would have the right to say something stupid like you did, But you my friend are wrong.
The fact that you wasted time looking into it at all was surprising. If a big company like Capcom was having a contest, they'd make sure people knew. They wouldn't hide it. And just because a big company can afford to give free copies away, doesn't mean they will. They're also still driven by profit, and a game like Street Fighter has enough hype behind it without giving away free copies. And the original post had a winking smiley face at the end.
very very very unexpected! just hope the controls work, cause then it wont matter if the characters are 3d or sprites or have shadows or not. all that matters will be the fun playing it =D

It appears that the San Francisco Apple Store is having a "Meet the Creators of Street Fighter IV" tomorrow at 5pm. Sadly, I can't go, even though I live 2 blocks away. I'm working. Grrr. Though that does lend more to the theory that the game will be released tonight or tomorrow. Here's hoping!
