I hope really to enjoy the game soon!

It's a port of it and if I am correct it even has a little more
Either way it's a very fun game and I def recommend grabbing it while waiting for this :)

Is that saying it will be out Thursday?

Bumping questions for @jared / boardumb

Also i wanted to add something. If Jibba's answer is No, can you ask capcom to let us play over our cellular LTE networks, since you have direct contact with mike.

Yeah, honestly this takes the cake as the most annoying iOS "release" for me.

Ive stopped playing console fighters because of how timeconsuming training to become good is... a simplified SF is exactly what I need ! XD

Im so tired of Smash for 3DS, its too simple, hahaha

I didnt buy SFIV Volt back in the day because i was still playing USF4 ^^; and theres no point in buying it now, so yeah, its a truly annoying releas for me too

Gotta agree with everyone here, this has been the most frustrating game launch I have ever experienced.... Embarrassing actually.

Sorry, was out of town over the weekend and lost track of this thread.

No, I agree. Some of the most fun I've had with SFIV/Volt is with the local multiplayer. What I mean is unless that's the sole reason you play the existing games then it's not a reason to NOT get the new one. I just don't understand why they took it out at all.

The charge characters do need to charge the direction for their ultras and super combos, but they're much simplified if you trigger them by tapping the ultra/super combo gauges rather than performing the move manually. For example, Blanka's super combo is charge back> forward>back>forward+punch manually, but also just charge back+tap the meter which is usually much simpler. Pretty sure that's how it was in Volt, too.

As for playing on LTE, I'm not sure. I was able to finally play some rounds online against Carter last night since he has the game too, but didn't think to check that. Will try later today/tonight and report back. For what it's worth the game does work without any internet connection, obviously not the online or social stuff but the single player stuff like arcade and survival, so if you're on a plane or something you can at least play the game still.
