I used to have 0s, then i let them heal. Since I lost my kit, I took a little leap and just bought 10s and 8s. The 10s fit only my left ear and I need a 12 for my right. Any homemade gauges I can find? I used use a cut Capri sun straw piece as one of my gauge stages, but obviously Im not there yet. I know that the Pen straws that hole the ink are good too as long as you cut the top where theres no ink. But those are 10s I believe. Any 12s I can find around the house?
You can just use electrical tape. Cut off a small piece and roll it tight. I have one inch plugs and I wrap them in layers of tape to go bigger (tapers that are one inch or bigger are insanely heavy)
a couple of my friends used to use straws. different sized ones. mcdonalds, Qt, burger king, starbucks etc. they worked out pretty well. my girlfriend has 7/8. and shes always just bought hers, but i know the electrical tape thing vegan said, she has done a few times in between gauge sizes, and it worked out pretty well.
