Did not mean to insult anyone, I'm just saying that I hardly see anyone write that way unless they are under the age of 20. It's not personal.
I highly doubt that he's new. He already knows how to report someone, use a signature, and somehow knows all the admins of the site. Took me months to learn all that. I'm guessing he just hit 13 and his parents got him an iPod.
