Ok, the latest update is officially live! Here are the release notes: We have a big new user-requested feature in this update: Progressive Prestige (keep all your stuff!) Now when you Prestige you can choose to start completely fresh, or keep all the cards you've already collected! This applies at all Prestige levels, so you'll always have the chance to either start from scratch or play progressively! As part of this update, you can also now infinitely Prestige! Every time you complete Prestige 3, you'll increase your Honour Badge counter as a record of your achievement! Also in this update are some important fixes and stability improvements: Fix to the floor 0 bug Increase Attack to 110 at Evolution 3 Increase to Portal Time to 300 seconds at Evolution 3 Crash fixes around ultra card purchasing Fix to crashing on game over and on the HUB screen on iOS 9 devices Adding confirmation dialog to a successful restore Fix for bugs in some rooms Change to how we pop up some GUI elements to improve stability Added a timeout if the player loses their internet connection during a purchase Fix for lockup when attempting to buy a pack of cards after buying an ultra card Many small bug / crash fixes
Awesome stuff! Can't wait for a content update, although bug fixing is always welcome. Still planning future content updates?
Thanks for the update. My biggest wish is for MFi controller support. Do you have any plans to add that? It seems like an especially obvious fit for a twin stick shooter.
Still getting odd random slow downs, still playing it maxed attacks and almost done with time but even repeated completions does does not keep a count, at least none that I see.
The ultra disco bug is this present, the slow downs vastly improved but not eliminated, still playing all maxed, but the legendary cards are tough to get 5 of, eventually will get that done too.
Alright stil 70 out of 73 for cards, some legendaries feel legendry. I think I sourced the crash error, at at least a guess. When playing with sound off, effects off, but volume at regular level the background BGM will start up for no reason, the. If you pick up a discoball and use it will cut the sound off, once disco ball is done BGM restars and a cash is imminent. At least never been able to complete a game after. Anyone have a list of all legendaries?
Same here. I think the touch controls in this game are as good as in any other iOS twin-stick shooter, so this isn't a criticism of this game in particular. I just won't play twin-stick shooters anymore without a physical controller. I used to put up with it before I had an iOS controller, because I like twin-stick shooters a lot, and virtual controls were the only option on iOS. Now that I do have a controller, and lots of other shooters that do have controller support, it just feels like too compromised an experience trying to play these games with virtual controls.
Pretty sure they have. That's the mobile tradition. Release a game people love, support/update it for a year, then completely abandon it when your next game comes out. Small game houses makes this a necessity quite often. Which is too bad. I wish there were some programmers who had a heart for maintaining/upgrading/updating some of these older games, instead of insisting on only ever working on the Next Big Thing.
