Yeah I have no regrets at all seen some really amazing stuff but I still wouldn't ever advise anyone to try it some people just don't have the right mindset for it, cope badly and 12 hours can be a very long time then.

Here's what helps me when I think about Steve Jobs...

Every time I see something related to his death I just think "Nope, he's not dead" and continue on with my day. If I don't believe he's dead, then it isnt true.

Check out Apple's new homepage. Btw, the celebration of Steve's life is tomorrow. You can probably catch it by streaming it live and possibly on television. Apple Stores will be closed during the hours of the event.

I watched that documentary they made called iGenius it left an awful lot out I recommend watching pirates of silicon valley instead.

Nearly turned it off though when they started to compare him to Harry Potter that is completely ridiculous he was a money man and not an always successful one. I really never liked the guy much in honesty he did more to put me off apple products than he did to make me buy them.

Still sorry for his friends and family.

Watched the iGenius documentary too. Wasn't bad but they did leave quite a lot out.

They were comparing them in the fact that they were both wizards raised by not so smart people.

Watched Pirates of Silicon Valley. If anything it made me dislike Jobs a tad. Granted he was running a business, but if that movie was even the tiniest bit true, then damn he would have been a pain to work for.

Just started reading the biography and would love to get other peoples thoughts on the man. Started a thread somewheres in here...

It had that effect on me as well in honesty I have read somewhere before that Jobs was actually proud of how he was portrayed in the film so much so he had the actor who portrayed him up on stage with him.
While I don't think the film is 100% accurate it is based on real events and probably the closest we can get to how it all went down.

I do think Steve did wonders in his last years with apple though and I do have respect for how he turned them around.

Today (02/24/12) would have been Steve Jobs' 57th birthday.

  18. Your right, because of my ipad and iphone, I think time flies so fast. Never a bored minute now. Always playing games, news, sports, or something on them. Rest in peace, your legacy continues.
