      I did and I got the definition 'a person who drinks'
      (so then I google Battle of the Block and swigger and there was the question) LOL!

      The only definition I can find of Swigging is one who is in the act of taking a Swig. To me that means he/she is taking a drink and there is exacly one person with a drink in hand. :(
