Lol, you guys are getting caught up on something so trivial... I don't think it's going to put anyone off from this game. I can think of other games, notably Fallen. Great game filled with grammar errors, but no one really paid much attention. With some good testing, it could be fixed and forgotten.
I'm dying to know the specifics of the battle system, 4.99 seems like a good price, but I'd pay more especially if its got some length
Be kinda cool if you guys talked in the forums a bit more, this seem like the kind of game that needs some form of hype to become successful. (just my personal sentiment) Maybe give us a little teaser every now and then to keep the thread alive till February. I know many of us are dying for a good FF clone, but having some early adopters who would give honest initial reactions probably helps this app once it is released.
well I would say it's closer to the Mario and Luigi series on DS than Final Fantasy, as in it has mini games, platforming sequences and a funny storyline
I am going to post everyday in this thread a bit of information on the game up until it's release date. Today's information is a image of one of the bosse's in the game. The Super Mega Cat Blimp Of Death.
that's actually a hard question to answer, it really depends on the player and if you decide to complete the game 100% I haven't even calculated yet, since my goal has been to do a game that is entertaining the entire time and doesn't have questions that involve having to kill monsters over and over again, so it would be shorter than say Inotia 2, but the entire experience will be entertaining threwout the entire game and always something new to do
Lol, he had a sale when it said "Turn Based RPG". This may finally be the first big RPG to hit the store... can't wait! And with the announcement of Mario and Luigi like gameplay, I'm sold. Is this going to have a free roam world like Mario and Luigi and Final Fantasy, or will it be one battle after the other, like TNA and Sonny?
Luc is one of the most creative iPhone developers out there, so this has my mark of approval, if not just for the hilarious concept.
Image of ze day ok this shows the map since well as someone asked this game yes you can explore parts of the world when you want to and when they are unlocked or found of course
I'm glad people are enjoying the graphics. Because the game is almost entirely pixel art, it took a lot of man-hours to make all the characters and backgrounds.
