I rarely miss the directional buttons, but yeah, this is the best thing i could think of to improve the game right now... Coz everything else is pristine.
Me too, to I miss up and down buttons all the time. By the way, I've just finished the game and got the community levels.
This is an excellent puzzle platformer. Recommended at full price, you'll get your money's worth from 100%ing all of the expertly-crafted levels.
Very rarely do I prefer the IOS version of games to their PC or console counterparts, but Stealth Bastard Inc. is one of the few. I think it's because of the instantaneous response of touch controls, but I'm able to S-rank levels that I couldn't in the other versions. This is by far one of the best platformers on IOS IMO, fantastic level design, a challenge due to its mix of puzzles and precision platformers, and a massive amount of content for a premium price. If you enjoy the game, I'd recommend also checking out the PC version which has alternate outfits that give you extra abilities, the level editor, and a teleporter-focused DLC level pack
I got Stealth Bastard: Tactical Arsehole (PC edition) cheap in a bundle deal and the PC controls are really smooth with a gamepad. I decided to go for the iOS edition too because it's a fun creative game with interesting humor, $1.99 is a good price.
Gave this game 5 stars, it is really truley amazing. I love how cruel it is. Like on the 4th level I was 2 minutes into a level and I got stuck and that was it, I had to restart haha. So much fun.
If equipment isn't included in this version of the game, like the review said, why are there 2 achievements that are dependent on it? Could someone please let me know what the #1 time is for level 1-6? If I'm scrolled all the way up on that screen, the scores disappear. The highest score I can see without them all disappearing is #2, which is showing as me with a time of 00:54:14.
Is it a bug that you aren't able to push a block on top of a platform while it's moving upwards (example in level 4-5), or was it a deliberate choice to make it different from the PC version?
Matt33, it's interesting you mention 1-6. On my Iphone it is the only level that I can't view the leaderboards. My time is 54:71; the leaderboard is blank and has been for quite some time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it doesn't help. Onebitbeyond: any idea why this occurred and how I can fix it? Anyone else having the same problem?
