Wunderkind, the last two Lonely Planet Codes came up as "not recognized as a valid code". Any chance you could repost the codes? Thanks!

How does Pick of the Week work? This is the first time I try to get the Pick of the Week at SB (Lonely Planet). Am I supposed to be able to download it for free at one of their stores or do I need a code even there?
You pick up a little card with a code on the back. You can redeem it on your iOS device (the bottom of the left most tab in the appstore), or in itunes under "redeeom" link. If you've ever redeemed itunes giftcards, its the same process (and vice versa).
None of the SB stores I usually go to have the cards... Is there a list of participating Starbucks that I can look up?
I found this on a website: "...That means travelers can download the e-book for free by logging onto free Wi-Fi service at Starbucks locations across the country or by picking up a “Pick of the Week” card for download at a later time." That sounds like I would not need a code if I'm at one of their stores, but when I'm there, I can only see the link to the Madi Diaz, Let's Go song... Can't find the Lonely Planet Download link. Am I the only one having that problem?
There's some that are "direct downloads" and free that way and others you have to get the card for. Lonely Planet you need the card...
Hm..yeah, its even though all participating Starbucks should have the same cards..its pretty random to me. Sometimes have cards, some don't..some have current week's, some have older weeks... I'm guessing the Starbucks in larger cities maybe have higher chance to have the cards. I've never tried logging into Starbucks to get the app/song/game/books..but in theory, it should work. I guess keep trying, or hope someone picks up another card and post it here. You can visit other hot deals websites to see if people are posting the codes. If I happen to pass by another Starbucks and find the Lonely Planet code..I'll PM you (but try not to get your hopes up though since the Starbucks around my area usually don't have the cards). =/
I'll keep my fingers crossed... Just went to another SB. They said they usually have the cards but they're out of the ones for this past week. New ones will come out tomorrow = (
And tomorrow's release should be Tetris, so definitely make the trip back if you're interested in that. In the meantime, my local store was swimming in ebook cards this week, so I grabbed an extra for you tonight, before they clear them away. I'll PM you the code.
Ah, that bites. Own the old version but not the new one. Didn't that one (the old one) get pulled from the app store though?
