Started playing this tonight. A lot of fun. I think the complaint some are saying about the controls stems from the inertia. It kind of adds to the fun though.
I've noticed that sometimes the vs tick gets messed up by a few degrees and I have to readjust. So I'll be moving my thumb down and the stick will be to the left. Happens with both sticks
Has anyone unlocked the Rotten Core (kill 3 bosses without picking up upgrades in a single round) blueprint yet?
Damn... Finally got into playing this and it's pretty good. One of the few parties i was late at. Thanks for convincing me guys... You know who you are
Yes. It's not bugged. Get lasers and missiles and just avoid dying I'm still 17% away from the 2nd to the last blueprint.
But does the shield buf work as intended? 4 shields around the buff gives the same shield as 5 shields(ie. Bonus not stacking to multiple shields) -so it does not seem that usefull....
To me, it seems as though they're only useful when using green shields. Seems like the more shields/shield buffs, the faster the regen.
I normally ignore fast paced action games or shooters as I struggle to play them. This intrigued me from the start, I liked the idea you can upgrade and design your ship. After playing it I have to say wow!! This is really good indeed! I've not upgraded my ship much but already the game is great fun, has that 'just one more game' feeling and I love the way inertia is added to the movement.. Makes it tricky but superb fun. Highly recommended!!
We've had quite a few people ask for bigger/smaller control radii, so we're looking at a couple of control changes in the next update. One will be a control radius option in settings, but there are some bigger ones I think you'll like (leaving it as a surprise).
The shield buff does indeed stack to all connected shields. It just the stats bar in the garage which is bugged.
I'm not sure either, but be sure to write to your local senator or member of parliament. Seriously though, if you're loving the game, a message to an editor with your recommendation never hurts! Small studios like us can't really afford to advertise against the GTA's and Angry Birds of this world.
I read on the apple store there are about 475000 apps, and im guessing a huge fraction of that are games. I dont think a small team of journalists and gaming enthusiasts can cover even 5% of that.
But the site is supplemented by a forum of IOS gamers that provide feedback and impressions of games that are worthy of attention. Anyway, don't want to derail this thread any further Yeah this game continues to impress and surprise with the amount of depth and tactics available as you unlock new blueprints and parts. Can't wait to get the 7x7 grid
