Plays like Kings Road with a much-appreciated double-tap to roll. Unfortunately, unlike King's Road you have to finish a level to equip new gear. It's a fairly common tactic, you lose the gear if you die, hopefully pushing you to spend on a replay. Level designs are longer than many mobile ARPGs so far. Graphics are sufficient but not exceptional. They get the job done and are in line with the Rebels style. Nice use of quick cinematic camera changes to highlight action. I'm playing on an iPhone 5s, and I don't know if it downsamples assets for older devices, but it runs smoothly. I will say that the characters are very small, I'll be switching to my iPad Mini 2 as the primary device. There are some graphical glitches in this version, notably with UI around the characer colliding with the ground, but it is a 0.1.0. To be expected. I'm barely into it so I can't tell you where the F2P pinch is going to be, but I imagine that Spirit Lords (another Kabam ARPG) holds a clue. That said, it's a solid ARPG in the Classic Trilogy timeline, I am powerless to resist. Gives me hope. I am a huge Star Wars fan but seriously dislike Kabam. Trying to play through the tutorials and couldn't be more bored. Hoping it gets better if I can get myself to slog through it. hitmantb Well-Known Member Nov 15, 2011 283 0 0 #17 hitmantb, Jul 21, 2015 Kabam is on fire. They went through a long period of time without a single hit, got the Marvel license, boom top 10-20 grossing hit contest of champions, destroyed all other competitors like Future Fight, Injustice etc. Now this, probably another cash cow, will give it a shot! I'll give it a try tonight. wondroushippo ðð»carterðð» Patreon Bronze Jan 4, 2010 197 7 18 Male Ex-TA, now I do PR San Antonio, TX http://zombo.com #19 wondroushippo, Jul 21, 2015 Hah! Top result is the guide I wrote for 148Apps. I streamed the game earlier today on the TA Mobcrush. It's basically a Spirit Lords reskin, far as I can tell. That's not bad, not at all, just a bit disappointed that it's not anything fresh, y'know? I'll sink more time in, though.
