Sweet, three droids for the price of one Just achieved the fifth Imperial Service Award, which was indeed R2-Q5...as well as R5-J2 and R4-19! One has to open up each droid as a separate delivery in the cargo bay, and then find each guest on one of the floors. All three are in my album, which is cool; downside is they all have pretty dark shading, so they're not very shiny objects (unlike Holiday Boba Fett). Now I'm chasing the sixth Imperial Service Award, which does look like it's probably a level, given the wide rectangular image outline. It's 1725 Medals to get this one. I've got five days left. Better get to work...
Yeah, I'm at 964/1200 for the droids, and I've already got an all L8 (max for Android) crew for Imperial Marches (and by sheer luck I'm 2/3 for L9s for the Planetarium). I've no doubt I'll make the deadline, but this level better be worth it.
I have two Missions completed (not the Vader one - the first & third) and their holograms have turned green, but I can't seem to claim the rewards! Were you able to do it? I click finish and it just gives me the earlier instruction slides again (watch the assignments level... / assignments are lists of resources / spend imperial credits to...)
I just finished all three missions, and all three holograms are now green, but when I click Finish I STILL can't get any of the rewards! This seems like a MASSIVE bug! Anyone else on Android / iOS facing this?
Seems like in the past 24 hours started getting auto-play video Ad's popping up randomly.... Great waste of bandwidth ... thanks for that. At this point unsure i'll make the rewards given the sheer volume required given we're 1/2 way through and all medals so far add up to about 1500.... need to still get 500 for the droids and then whatevers next ... 1700?
Here's a tip to speed up the earning of Imperial Service Medals: Send ALL elevator bitizins to the lower Imperial levels. Each one takes a minute off of whichever timer you take them to. I got over 1000 medals yesterday doing this.
If you're short on coins and want to pick a level between Bongo's Sandwiches and Planetarium - go with the Planetarium. The Planetarium has a higher stock amount. It's very worth it making Interrogation your bottom-most level with a Level Mover VIP, because it has the quickest cycle time medal-wise, and all you have to do is hold 'down' to get there and let go when you hit the bottom. Just be sure to note which of your apartment levels still have vacancies and look out for new bitizens wanting to go there. A free bux is worth more than a free minute. EDIT: Since the patch I've yet to get a single "Worker" VIP - I think they might've nixed them because they're technically worth 8 bux' worth of build advancement. That being said, with so many apartment vacancies, Recruiting Officers are free money now. They won't give me a single DJer for Bongo Sandwiches, though. =/
I don't know if it's a glitch, but the level at the end of this 1725 medal grind does NOT look like Imperial Marches. I know it supposedly *is*, but the graphic that's getting brighter doesn't look like the picture in the Levels window.
I don't see me making it to the droids, never mind the secret level, before the days run out. ESP after barely touching the game yesterday. That last update has certainly made the game more visually glitchy/slow compared to what it was.
I'm such an idiot! Only yesterday I realized that I can build on ALL Imperial levels, of course. I only built items that I needed for the assignments before. But I think I got a builder VIP sometime after the update, so they DO still exist. PS: Holy sh*t, the last evelator is FAST!
Got about 800 more medals to go, toward the 1725 threshold. Lost a lot of time today having to work (dammit!). Agree that this last Imperial Service level looks like something else in the picture. It actually looks a lot like the Forcefield Gen Imperial level, rather than the locked Imperial Marches Retail level. Weird.
You're not playing at work? Heh. ;-) Which Imperial level do you mean? I built a new level (17 of 17) which is called "Blaster Repair", it's free to build. BTW, anyone got this Lando Calrissian from "Return of the Jedi"? The character unlocked a few days ago after I built new levels, but it's NOT listed in the album!?!?!? (I copied the screenshot from the elevator into the album screenshot). mnemo
What the F? Seems since opening the game this morning every time I leave the menu I get treated to a Microsoft advert video. Which the app tells me I may skip after a few seconds but doesn't provide any button to do so. This is after more of less killing off the worker VIP who helped speed up building new levels. Think that's the end of this game for me. What a joke.
The adverts do have a button in the top left it's very dark probably so you can't see it. Also I have recently reinstalled the game and started from scratch I have to say I last played from orininal soft launch release and in two days back on it I haven't had a single builder VIP. Bux seem more scarce than they were and VIPs seem to appear less often also. I'm pretty sure building on imperial levels was also free as I had massive stockpiles there. Still I keep playing because at the moment I can't find any good similar games to fill my spare time between playing actual games. Also can anyone tell me why it now has online save and so many times I open the game it asks if I want to carry on with my local or online save...very annoying when it happens all the time sometimes.
Lando in the Skiff outfit is under Hutt's Henchmen right above the Limited Edition bitizens. I just got him the other day as well and wondered where he was.
