iFunBox Joining the thread a little late but I wanted to share my experience. I'd been playing Tiny Death Star on my iPhone 4S for a while now and just got a new iPhone 5S. I thought the backup would sync and my Death Star would be the same but something went wrong and my iPhone 5S was a new tower. I was able to copy the Documents and Library folders via iFunBox, restore them to my iPhone 5S, and my Death Star is back! Maybe that info will help someone in the future.
Well found another bug. Mission was to build 2 services levels. Built 1 service level then residential and then the other service level. Still no recognition. So had to build a third service level to get credit for two. How lame is that?? Mission doesn't say two consecutive service levels, just 2 service levels.
Upgraded to L6 on bux, and it's been Upgrader VIPs ever since. And it's Rank 48 now. Rank 50 should get me to 100,000 three-credit items. If that's not the hard cap, I'm just assuming the cap is currently unlimited (or L100). Bounty Hunters takes a long time to fill the three-credit item, but when it does, it's a massive payday...if you've saved a Big Spender. Heh, still works fine on Android. ...at least until we get the update. *goes into Play Store and turns off automatic updates for TDS right-effin-now*
Can't you click on the employee and make him unemployed? Then, click on Hire for the new employee? I'm totally confused, because I can still collect Imperial Bux. However, I do notice the game being more choppy and sluggish. The sounds are different as well. Another Scene: Spoiler Deleted... lots of cry babies here
Well i played this on my ipad but the graphics are too blocky. Will this ever get updated to run in a ipod 4? Why the hell does the game need a digital compass anyway? Tiny Tower worked on the ipod4. why is this any different......or is just a conspiracy to make more people upgrade thier devices?
This morning I got an in-game message that it's the birthday of one of the bitizens and I got a bux for that. And there I thought the birthday date was just for fun. mnemo
wow hating the itunes password demand and lack of store connection on the latest version. the trickle of bux also sux but oh well i'm still playing. don't think i'll be catching up to the original TT any time soon.
Anyone know why the game is asking for an iTunes password each time you load it now since the update? I'm also experiencing sluggish gameplay and stuttering since the update as well. On an iPad air. Hope they get this straightened out. I'm about to delete it.
No, that doesnt work. When i try to Fire an employee i just get the Message from vader that i dont have free jobs and i have to Build a new store. I want to give one bitizen his Dream Job but i cant free this Job.
It´s exactly like this on my end They promised improved performance in the changelog, however they delivered something else
26 levels so far. Stopped playing few days ago but hooked again since yesterday. I have a few levels where all three employees are level 9. One where all are lev 9 & in their dream job, but I still haven't got a single level 9 retail person! Also, I'm kinda new to this (never played TT), and read about job farming - what exactly is that? How do you do it? Since today I've been firing / evicting anyone who's dream job isn't a 9, freeing up space in my 8 residential apts. Good move / bad move? EDIT: Just saw I'm not the only one having trouble with level 9s on retail! Good to know!
I'm now firmly convinced that no L9 Retail employees is an Android version bug. I'm about to have housing for 110 bitizens and none of them to date (including those I've evicted/cycled out) have had L9 on Retail.
Yep, I think you're right about that. I'm on Android too and am still to see L9 Retail after seeing a bunch of other L9s. Another doubt I had though was whether it was possible to move people staying in one apartment into another? I seriously doubt it's possible but would love to know if it can be done!
This is happening for me also on my iPhone 5 running iOS7. I cannot access the in game store either it reports an error, seems the last update created more bugs than fixes! Might have to lay off playing this for a while until it's fixed...
In the front page article comments, someone said that he investigated the game on his PC and that there is only a constraint imposed by the programming language itself and the cap is ridiculously high. Also, if you get your floors that high, they will bug out and produce negative quantities of stock.
Having the same problem after the update -.- i wanna give my well deserved employee his dream job, dangnabit! T__T
